The food was delicious, flavourful and prepared right. What took away from that was the time taken to clear the tables next to us. 5 stars to the cook, 2 stars to the staff responsible for keeping the place clean. Restaurants should uphold high standards of cleanliness especially where noticeable to customers.

A delightful place in one of Durbans finest places. Food always great and healthy and Nandos with a bit of a kick for hotness lovers. Lol. I am a lemon a herb kinda guy. Bon Appettite!

Food was good when it came. Staff was painfully slow. From a queue to place and order to receiving our food. 50 minutes. Patrons walking around trying to get a seat. Yet another restaurant seemingly shortstaffed.

The food was really good. Staff were efficient although it seemed like they were understaffed, they just need more efficient and quick sanitizing and cleaning methods.

I ordered quarter chicken and spinach in a tangy tomato; the chicken was cooked as even the person was tired; the spinach in tangy tomato it seems like they just added raw tomatoes- did not taste like the spinach I order at other Nandos outlets

Visited Suncoast Nandos...Food was good as always however seating area chairs, tables, floors and sauce bottles all were not wiped clean or very sticky with left over food residue and after my 5th attempt I found a partially full salt shaker. Dirty cutlery and bent knives...left a bad taste in the mouth when you have to wipe things down before using.

Worst service ever...Absolutely disgusting customer service.. Left there HOT under the collar but for all the wrong reasons. Had to give 1star to post....

Terrible service. The food was cold. My chips were stale, spongy and reheated, the butter was so hard I couldnt put it on my roll. Worst Nandos experience. I will not be coming back and Im going to tell everyone I know about my experience. Unbelievable since its in Suncoast and they JUST OPENED.Also when we got there we walked PAST the host who let us go stand in the line to order our food, as we get near the front she asks us if were going to sit in or take out and we told her sit in, then she called us OUT of the line to wait at the front with her so she could see what tables are available because somehow that made sense. THEN tells us to go back into the line AFTER at least 6 more people joined it and we had to wait longer.

This is the first time I have eaten at Suncoast ever since renovations. I thought that service was on point. However I am very disappointed at the slow service. We ordered our meal and still had to wait 30 mins for our tropical drink. We concluded our meal and still had to ask for our beverage which finally came after our meal. Very disappointing. I hope this can be corrected In future. Unsatisfied customer.

Very bad service. The boujie bowl had two tiny leaves and the festa fries was half a bowl. The order was wrong for the other members and the waiter was rude. Will never go back.

They need to read orders carefully, we bought a full chicken in a mild sauce, with a hot sauce aside only to go back home with a chicken with no sauce it was dryyyyyyyy only because with we bought the hot sauce they thought we dont need the mild sauce with our chicken, I had a bad experience 😏

When we visit Suncoast entertainment world we sometimes have a chicken meal from Nandos. We trust its reasonable priced.

Sorry to say but the worst nandos food tasted and most of it wasted.Pleeeeeeze we are not getting food for free. Give the patrons what they ask for. Need to send your staff to the Smith Street store in Durban for lessons.We buy take out and come home to disappointment of rubbish food.Nandos keep on ripping the public off with their advertising.
