Zero stars if possible, sells dry tasteless chicken which is tough as nails! Nandos Florida Road has lost their spark. The management is unhelpful and purports to cover up their mistakes instead of satisfying customers.

I have a bad luck with this Nandos in Florida Road, the chicken is always dry and old 3 times in a row, I always tell them to put more sauce they never do. On the 26th of August there were missing items on my order and they gave me a huge rice while I ordered small one. I am not happy with this Nandos aikhona man..........

Situated at the ideal place. The interior has an ambience that has lots of character. The pictures on the wall are very interesting to look at while waiting. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean and neat. Quick service. Food was tasty.

This Nandos in Durban is best Nandos in whole Durban. It is really an amazing and romantic place to bring your family , friends and kids too. Food was served very nicely and it was really really amazing and delicious too. Wall and sitting place are really looking awesome and romantic. The atmosphere of this Nandos is clean and powerful too.

Only one issue i had i was eating with kids and this beggar guy comes in and stares at food and also was so rude n abrupt it was so upsetting has staff dint do anything about it ..they dint even tell him dont worry the customers or even tell me sorry. Food was good, service was absolutely terrible. They offer a curb side delivery on their app. When you arrive theres a button you click to say you are waiting for your order. After half an hour of waiting I phoned them only to be told by an uninterested staff member oh sorry your order was ready long ago we didnt know u were here. According to them they dont get informed when u arrive, so how effective is this dumb service. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Absolutely disappointing.

Very clean and neat store. Friendly staff and flexible people who are not arrogant but willing to help. Had excellent service and quality food after visiting many other Nandos stores. The female manageress was very humble and sorted out an issue between myself and another cashier. Well done madam cus ure well trained and very helpful in dealing with these issues without ranting or raving. You deserve an increase and promotion from ure boss.

Scheduled an order, was called twice for directions and an hour later they called to ask me to pick it up myself.

Terrible. They never give you what u ask for. I tell them repeatedly no garnish and mayo in an extra hot burger but they will add mayo and add garnish that is dead, always stale

Ordered takeaways and made the error of not checking the food before leaving the restaurant. The food was burned and very dry. Disappointed, to say the least. At least the store was clean and the staff friendly.

Food here is generally good. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, and especially if youre going there during your lunch break it can take a while. However staff is very friendly and helpful.

I usually have good service, but tonight I placed an online order at 6:25pm and at 7:45pm I called customer support because no one had arrived and we are 5 mins away from the store. Customer support said they will call the store and call me back, they did not. At 19:55 I called the store and they said my order had already been dispatched. The lady on the phone was sounded irritated that I wanted to know where my food was. It was a bad experience and Im writing this review still having received no food yet.

Im sorry Nandos franchise but this particular one was really really hot! I dont think the AC works, well it does but it was really hot. But the food came really quick and the staff were amazing.

The staff is friendly and management is great, but Nandos food lately is not what it used to be for the price wee now pay. Its sort of sub standard. I used to get nandos all the time even when I wasnt well because it would help make me feel better. But its really not the same and as a regular patron you feel it or in this case taste the difference.
