I dont recall ever eating food from Burger King. I was curious about the plant-based and vegan food items on the menu after all the recent reviews, and thought to give it a try. Great service through the drive through. The order was clear and honoured. Smooth service. Friendly staff. Well priced. The food was good as a fast food place.

I visited here in September and seated, I got a good welcome by a gentleman. The staff proved to me that they are very friendly and they prioritize serving customers. For one day visit is like a million visit

I drive here because the service is good, quality is fantastic compared to the other two branches... ...only letdown tonight... no backup power for loadshedding... I highly recommend this branch when there is power

The venue is smallish in size. A number of temporary tables are in place. Somehow would be appreciated better signs like toiles instead restroom. Burgers are elongated more like a hot dog variant and wrapped in paper. Only great thing was keeping burgers and chips warm. Burger was not tasty. And chips size is smaller than McDonalds one. Definitely not value for a money.

Quick and fast drive through.... meals are well prepared. They have the best chips I have tasted. Chicken burgers are great value for money. The smaller meals the beef burgers are a bit small...The whoppers and XXL burgers are great!

Hi I bought a cheese lover burger with mozzarella cheese stick. It was tasteless. They used McCain chips. This was first and last time I ever buy from burger King. Rather buy from Macdonalds. They never let me down.

This place is is really good the customer service is nice the only thing thats not really help full is that sometimes the fries are cold but other than that keep up the good work burger KING!!!

It was great again. I would really like them to be consistent with the cheese in their cheesy fries. Sometimes Id get adequate cheese. The other days they would be disappointingly stingy with it

There burgers are good but they are very slow it wasnt even 10 ppl sitted in but we wait for almost 30 to 45 minutes until the lady who was standing by the heard us saying we should cancel the order then she went and assisted them.but it was enough staff at work for such a small number of customers in.Beside that we enjoyed the food and the lady by the door is very welcoming. Unfortunately I forgot her name.

I was disappointed to learn that the new drive thru at Westwood Mall is not a Burger King but McDonalds they gonna make a lot of money since it next to UKZN Westville

My favorite lunch time place

The drive thru can be so much better, its not fast at all, my wife and I waited 60 minutes for food. This was my second time experiencing this. I brushed off my first experience as a once of event but sadly it continues to disappoint. Management should look into providing a more efficient service as many more may have the same view as I do and you run the risk of losing much more customers than just me. As I type this, a lady at the last window just tells me they can only give me chicken as some mechine is working. It broke some time ago but they allowed me to pay anyway. Management, please look into the service delivery asap.
