Whilst going through the drive through, I asked the cashier about what toys are available. She didnt ask anybody to assist but simply mentioned that the toys are kept at the next window. When I asked to view before paying, she simply stated that I would have to come in store to view, as there isnt a pay point available at the next window.Skipped the toy and went right to the manager, who mentioned that this isnt how they operate. The manager seemed genuine. Food did take some time to prep but overall was good.

Went through the drive thru and the lady who gave us the order was very sweet 🤗 it was fast as expected.There is a sit down, there are clean toilets as well.Its very convenient for a family and there is a little play ground outside the restaurant. but because its not enclosed you might want to be by the kids as they play and there are a few tables and Chairs outside.Overall I would say: Awesome for family, awesome for moms and babies, awesome for singles, awesome for a quick lunch break. Its Awesome for anyone and everyone 👍❤

Left me hanging at the order point, same as the car infront of me... when you say hello, they then tell you just a minute... after a good wait.. 9 minutes... i verbalised that im getting annoyed... they then took my order, by now a huge line of cars behind us. pulling in behind the other car at the pay point, whatever happened there took very very long... my turn at the pay point went quick, she knew i was getting impatient. At the serve window, we got handed the wrong order. we gave it back, and got the correct order, except our large cooldrinks were 60% full... what a bloody waste of time, i swear this is on par with berea road mcds. not impressed with the service. Dont come here if you expect fast efficient service.

Get in the Drive through, very slow, and then get told that they dont have Icecream, so now im stuck in long Drive through without being able to order what i wanted, Get proper staff

Terrible, you will wait for your order, for a long time. Staff have a dont care attitude. This is the 1st McDonalds that i have experienced this at.

Not enough space for cars to queue...we sat in queue of about 12 cars and blocked vehicles that was trying to travel around through parking lot to get to and from mall. They maybe should consider blocking some area off for mcdonalds

Staff are very noisy while you wait for your food they shout at each other instead of just conversing normally.Not a pleasant experience.

They are good but when you order large quantities you need to check cause they tend to forget certain things.

Food took extremely long to come out of the drive through. I sat 15 minutes at the window. Also Bear in mind that the restaurant wasnt particularly busy. Pointless as it completely defeated the purpose of eating fast food. Wont be returning.

Its McDonalds, its the Checkers of the burger world. The staff dont care or show any sort of customer service, its just a matter of what do you want and leave. The milkshakes are the worst as it just tastes like syrup, not mixed properly at all. Bought 3 and threw them away, I wont even bother complaining to management as its just as bad.Unfortunately, my daughter sometimes like the burgers because they quick, I go and buy but its NEVER my first or second option.Example of the dry terrible burger I bought a long while ago and didnt bother calling back. My dog did enjoy it though.

Courtesy of the staff. The speed of service awesome. The modern technique they have regarding orders really sped up any of my time spent there. As a pensioner ( one who ran comrades 🤗 and can be impatient..the staff beat this characteristic of mine. God bless this wonderful staff

Self order system is a nice touch.Minor bug is that if you dont want cheese the system cant cater for that.Burgers could have used a bit more sauces.

This place is really not up scratch. The staff just ruined the reputation of McDonalds. Last week we ordered very clearly and repeated our order twice. Yet the woman who took the order forgot the most important order. She was too much in a hurry. Then when we said we wabted it and would pay again, they had the cheek to tell us to join the queue again. And she was busy coughing without her mask on. Tonight we went again but kept it to a simple uncomplicated order. It took over 1 hour to get a simple order!!!! If you want to get frustrated and waste your time then go here. Otherwise avoid this shoddy service place.

The food is good but there is a lot of chaos and congestion if you want to use the drive thru during the day gets better in the evening.

After a Saturday morning ride to Umhlanga & back its a must breakfast break & a chat before we split for the busy week end.

Most incompetent McDonalds so far. After placing my order at the first drive thru window the lady repeated my order. I said no spicey mcfeast. Went to next window to pay. They repeated the order Again. They said spicey mcfeast again which I did not order. I told them I did not want spicey. Had to wait for a couple minutes for them to correct their mistake. Went to the next window to pick up my order. And left. When I got home I noticed they gave me a fricken spicey mcfeast what I distinctly didnt want. Thats the least of their mistakes. One of my cousins werent exactly happy when they got their happy meal. Because they didnt get their juice box. Imagine the look on this small little boys face......I had to explain to him that the McDonalds staff didnt go to school so they dont know how to read. First time a happy meal made my cousin sad. Even my invoice doesnt say Spicey McFeast! This McDonalds was very unprofessional. They should employ people who can actually read....

Got there at 10h20 this morning.Waited in the drive through.Got to the front and then they tell me breakfast is closed.Point is I was there before 10h30 and wasnt my fault there was a queue.But as usual no 1 cared.Spent all that time in the drive through for nothing.

The service is very poor I ordered 3 times on,I was given my other 2 items and I was told move from the drive thru to the parking lot theyll give my cappuccino I waited mor than 10minutes until I went back to the drive through by foot only to find out nobody knew about it I produced my slip they they starting themselves who was preparing my order.

They dont sell airtime and paraffin. It was cold on that day 😃

Terrible experience. Drive thru took literally 5 minutes to answer. Cars were hooting to get a response. Was then told they only have certain cool drinks available. Went to buy somewhere else instead!!

I have been to many store but this by far is the worst reasons being: they where conducting interviews and it looked like they invited all at once it was loud and rowdy.i then got my mean when i opened my cheesy jalapeno chips i found only 5 rings of Jalapenos, i then asked if they can add more but i was told that the standard amount, which i know is not true i have eaten this chips from numerous other stores nationally, TODAY I AM NOT HAPPY ....

Service was slow. Was told a screen was broken and everybody in the drive thru line had to reverse(total chaos), get out of their cars and order instore.. way too overcrowded regardless of COVID situation. Plus they charge R2 extra for any decent beverage

Totally disappointed. I order meals via mr D app. The meals were over 1 hour and 10 minutes late and further to that the cheese burger for my niece did not have cheese on it. Ridiculous I tell you.

Always a problem here. Not a drive through more like a wait through. Its either under staffed terribly or staff not sure on what they are doing. And this is with EVERY other McDonalds in Durban. # my reply to McDonalds reply: This is not the first time I have sent through my concerns and not the first time I have received this reply from you guys. Its a waste of my time sending you guys and email! Nothing happeneds at all!!!

OK, service can be faster in my personal opinion. Screen outside Must be repaired so customers can read and confirm their orders.

Mc Donalds on the Bluff have staff and management who are not trained sufficiently.The service is terribly slow, when you go through the drive through, they tell you to park and wait for 10min before your food arrives, and the presentation of the food is atrocious too.And if your lucky you may receive sauces and cutlery🍴 😊

Table smells so bad, and they keep wiping with the same dirty cloth... Can they not smell the water or cloth... U cant keep spraying sanitizer n whole day use the same cloths... U need to first wash the table down wipe n then sanitizer, very unhygienic this was 😔

This branch is not even worth 1 star. I ordered a chicken nazo meal. When I arrived home they had given me a beef burger. Im hindu and this goes against my religion. When I contacted the branch they were extremely rude and when I wanted to speak to the manager the employee became aggressive. I didnt get any help or a refund. I also couldnt go back as I live further away and It was 6:30pm. Horrible service, would not recommend this branch to anyone. Why do you take a job dealing with people daily if you are not going to help in any way?

Rude staff, bought three happy meals and a meal for myself and got one tomato sauce. When i was paying the lady barely looked at me, let alone get me. When I tried ordering food from their Bluff store, I couldnt due to maintenance so I had to pay extra to get our food delivered by Mr. D.I ordered 3 X Triple Cheese Burgers and 3 X Fanta Orange. They gave me Coke!The Triple Cheese burger looks NOTHING like the advertisement and I am so very put off because the patties smelled like it was going off and I ended up throwing R200 worth of food into the bin! Cannot afford to get food poisoning!Really disgusted because I always order from Bluff and this is the first time I had an issue.Sorry to say but I doubt I will be ordering in the near future because I feel so sick right now!!!Thanks McDonalds for ruining our dinner!!!!!

No Covid19 protocols followed...No sanitizing person at the door...had to find it. The self-use terminal doesnt have a sanitizer or wipes so the next person is at risk. They are trying very hard to service customers which is very nice
