McDonalds as a whole are losing their touch. Ive been branch hopping trying to find the good quality originals, but to no avail. This branch was efficient in their timing, pushing out orders at a good pace. However, the 1 burger had no cheese , no lettuce, no tomato, the other has regular lettuce and the wrong cheese. Grand spicy burgers used to come with frilly lettuce , generous amounts of signature sauce, white slice of cheese, and a crispy filleg on a toasted bun. The rushed job definitely shows. The Belgian chocolate pie however was on point !

Utterly horrible. Ordered a vanilla milkshake and got brownish pink goop that tasted of chocolate and strawberry in a half full cup. The foam here is literally 2/3 of the drink.

We always get what we want at this place. Items are never out of stock or in short supply. Great service received.

I really wish there was a negative star rating ..dont get me wrong I love mcdonalds but after the pathetic service from a shift manager who has no diffusing skills towards customers and says he cant provide me with complaints details nor a regional managers number ..neither a directors office details .. he says he is the only person I can deal with and no one else yet when his store manager had appeared then he acted innocent and ran in the back without even an appology.. this issue was over a voucher wish I asked if they accept it and he went off on me thinking Im hard of hearing and repeating himself so he doesnt have to give me a superiors details..need I mention this was @ 19:30 ..and last I checked they were wide open and had patrons still eatting yet seemed like they wanted to push us away as they were prematurely cleaning and the time I last saw they close on Google says 8 o clock.. any way back to the reason I went to McDonalds Pavillion is that its listed as one of the participating stores that offer a particularly earned voucher from using my samsung pay app which the staff manager Sandile ..stage name Sandy.. as per his badge .. mentions that its a samsung marketing error 🤣 so if thats so ..why was gateway or any other umhlanga branches mentioned .. this is the worst fast food service I have goten and dont get me wrong I still wana have a word with this regional manager for that branch ..feel free to enjoy the pictures that I have provided and if you require some footage .. My waiting time was less than 3 minutes.

Worse store ever. They made me order a meal at full price in order to get my free coke cups.

Pleasantly surprised by staffs warmth and cheer so early this morning. Requested to take a seat and was served my breakfast .. how cool was that for a fast food outlet. Thank you kindly.

Food was great. I didnt wait long. fries and burger had flavour. The soda was cold and fizzy. all round great experience. i just dont get why they need our name and contact info???? strange. see you again soon:)went back a few more times and just as good. food is consistently good

Decor a bit depressing and crowded seating, but the food was good. The server was rude and couldnt understand our requests and got the order wrong. Refused to change our order because it was already sent to the kitchen .

Bought food during a month end weekend and that place was packed. The cashier who served me was efficient and helpful.The lines moved pretty quickly considering how full it was.

Nice and efficient Restaurant with very friendly Staff.

Site says opens at 7 and it is never open at 7am. We work in the mall and can t get ameal because the only place that says its open. Is never open on time.
