Just another KFC branch, same services but I spent at most 18 minutes waiting for my meal, not bad for busy restaurant

Such appalling service from the cashiers at this place. Bought a family feast for about R177, it was missing the small pops whom the cashier said theyre no longer available on the menu and mini burgers and filled with 6 rolls instead of 4. And below the the reason for the rolls, theyre all rotten. The cashier did not give me back my receipt and shes the one that had packed for me also! All this pathetic service and rotten food was because I disturbed their gossip and asked for assistance after being blattantly ignored.

The queue for placing the order was okay in terms of speed, the collection point there was no screen so there was another queue to get your order.The table we got was not clean we had to ask for assistance with that.We had ordered the same meal which is the all star lunch box, the wings were slightly burned, the burger buns were not as fresh as they could be, the actual chicken tested like one or a couple of the KFC spices were missing.The drinks were not cold but I appreciate the staff for making us aware of this before hand.The staff was trying to provide a good service but for some reason things were just not going well, the 2 star is based on the staff trying their best otherwise it was gonna be a 1 star rating on my part.

Service is horribly slow waited over 20 minutes for hot wings

I forgot my portfolio at the ladies room and they call me for about three days reminding me to pass by KFC broad to collect it. They kept it untill i came and everything was still there my ID, CV, bank statement and other staff. Im happy with their service. 👏👏💃🏽

The meat was fresh,my order was quick it did not take me long to wait

Im not sure whether its because of load shedding but this place had no aircon and therefore it was very hot when I sat down to eat

Its went there to get breakfast meal service was fairly reasable.I didnt wait too long it was ok I know during the day its get much busier.

Staff is friendly, the meat is good and they have a good turn around time... Thay are just inconveniently placed in a place where there are a lot of robberies.

Quick service, but from time to time the staff doesnt allow us customers to sit on the second floor and thats very bad, cause we enjoy a great place to eat that also help you see a view

The service is very slow, you stand for 3 munite to pay they almost 40 munite to collect your order, they take your slip wait another 5 munite for your order to be prepared, staff is busy talking to each other

Best KFC in town, well done meat and crispy fried chips.However,Their upstairs toilets are so filthy and disgusting for an eating place,better upgrade their cleaning techniques.

15/03/2019 @ 7:28pm was very unhappy with the service I received from this KFC and the staff are very good I must say but the other to was very disrespectful I even had to ask for a refund and the guy behind me also asked for a refund the disrespect came from the two KFC staff Samu & Nomhlanhla its was really amazing of how much disrespect came from them even the person behind me also asked for a refund & the person that was in the line walked out

Horrible they sell stsff that are still cooking and dont tell you i have to wait almost 30 minutes for 10 ho wings .customer care does not exist in that place .never again

It offers a fast decent service, the problem I have with it is prejudice and use of toilets where a bouncer stops & looks at everyone like a suspect.

Today the ladies were moving too slow, dragging their feet as if they have been working for hours while it was around 07h00 am. It was not busy but I had to wait for about 20 minutes for an a.m. riser meal. The service I received today was too disappointing.

Fortunately I raised the query with KFC survey. The tellers are must change their behaviour otherwise we will choose other franchise than KFC

There was only one lady giving out orders. We had to wait for too long waiting for our food.
