Man, I live across the road. So I smell their amazing food cooking every day. It makes you always crave KFC. Also, never had a bad experience with them, though I do wish theyd stay open later.

Beside snake queue. Their chicken was the best, nicely cooked. The best out of all KFC I have bought chicken from.

Friendly staff experiences, quiet a busy place most of the time Ive been here. I do recommend checking your meals when you get to your vehicle, before driving away, have had the odd times were my meals werent prepared the way I wanted it to be.

All KFCs are inherently slow...but their chicken doesnt disappoint if you can afford to wait

Best Pinetown KFC in durban, I went to the one at Southway mall I was disgusted

Food is nice but for some reason the drive through does not allow collection of online orders. This needs to be changed ASAP. They force you to come inside cos they cannot give you the online order through the drive through window. Makes absolutely no sense!! And sometimes you dont want to go inside. Is that not the whole point of having a DRIVE THROUGH??? So that you can literally drive through without leaving your vehicle. Please sort this out, it is infuriating.

Awful service from a male who took orders at drive through. Not helping and insensitive.

Extremely slow service (25min plus), drive thru was closed when we arrived. 14 people excluding staff crammed in the small reception area. No social distancing. Long wait just to get to the till. Crusher cups are finished..Not recommended.

Lol, had to go in with my pjs cos the speed point at the drive thru was not working. Nobody lifted an eyebrow, in fact the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Speed and excellent service is the norm here. Hats off to them.

Thought it was the best place ever until today. Went to the drive through as always but today I was told to wait in the parking my order will be brought to me. And so I waited until I jumped out of the car to find out what was the hold up. Only to find that the order had not even been done yet. I was disappointed by that service and the reply that I got from the cashier.

Because their service is good they are very fast

1.If you go inside the store ,one person services the till and pack orders.People have to stand waiting for their orders.Yet there are plenty of staff in the kitchen having s chat and no care in the world about the people waiting for their orders.2.Drive thru is the worst of all the KFC I have visited.Twice the wrong orders,No card machine for a while.Ordered a meal ,went to pay at the window, only to be told no card machine.Staff had access to another machine instore and refused to do so.They lost business for about 6 cars whilst I was there.
