This was one of the most amazing experiences ever. Our waitress, Cindy, and the manager Joshua, were top class. We couldnt have asked for a nicer evening. Breakfast menu could do with a little revamp. No alternative milk available for our non dairy guest. Music was a bit loud and thumping for early morning start and added to the general noisy childrens area. Childrens corner well supervised and lots of children enjoyed the space. Food was well presented and prepared. Waitron was helpful and polite but a bit quick to rush off. All in all a pleasant meal.

Really enjoy coming to this Spur. Staff really makes you feel like royalty as you walk in - all very friendly and have such great personalities. Great to come here for a morning business-breakfast or even for a good night out with friends.

This is probably one of the best looking Spurs I have visited. I was quite excited to try their food.Unfortunately, the kitchen sent out chicken strips instead of calamari. I had to wait until everyone else was finished before I got my meal.Also the chip baskets are only half full. The kids were so disappointed.Most unsatisfactory service!

It is rare that one branch changes your opinion about an entire franchise. Eldorado Spur in Hillcrest is one such establishment. Amazingly, it is clear the waitrons want to work there and provide superior service to their patrons.Well done, never drop the ball.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff are so friendly with great service. They keep you entertained with a nice dance routine that creates a lovely ambience. Its my sons birthday and they made his day so special.

Awesome place with a super family atmosphere. Kids had a blast and we could see them from where we sat. Only reason its not 5 stars is I preferred the old style waffles, they were my favorite. Other than that, absolutely worth every penny and more

Awesome service and huge meal portions

Waitress was disinterested, got my order wrong and wasnt phased when I pointed it out to her.Manager kept yelling at the staff in front of us which was really unprofessional. Otherwise, this Spur has a lot of potential. Unfortunately I wont be returning here in a hurry :(

Great service, friendly waitors

I collected a meal and may have left my headphones on the counter. I went back and waited half an hour as it was the dinner rush and didnt want to put anyone under pressure, then asked a manager to check footage, then waited an hour and had to pester a waiter to find out whats going on. He went to find out and came back with a response he hasnt found anything but we will get back to you if we do. I gave him the time I arrived and was at the counter for 3 minutes, the conclusion I am coming to is not a good one.I just need to know if I left them there.

Awful there were workers working whilst customers were eating in general it was not great the food was not bad but I would not go again

I had an absolutely amazing time at the Hillcrest spur, with my lady and some friends. The service was really good and so was the food. I recommend you go to Hillcrest spur to have a lovely breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Just received our dinner via Mr D and food was dry, burnt and chips were stale.

My meal got ready in 20 minutes. I was amazed by how quick that was.

The Eldorado Spur in Hillcrest is great. They offer good food and interesting service. I am not sure the waiter really understood English, but the food arrived as ordered and it was lovely. The restaurant has been revamped and looks great. The kiddies play area is now far more visible so parents can relax a little more, knowing their precious ones are easily spotted at all times. The parking offers easy access to the facility and there are public toilets available. Overall, a good eating experience.

The food is what you would want and expect from a good Spur. The kiddies area could do with warmer lighting but supervision is good and our kids always love it. The highlight at this branch is the exceptional customer service from management. Professional, warm and impeccably polite. Ladies, you are the real reason we come back twice a month!

Food was good, service average although we were a table of 12. Mistakes did appear on the bill but we did receive the correct order. The visit was better than our last birthday visit.

Well presented, friendly staff,cash or credit cards. Moderate pricing. Safe on site parking. One of your better steakhouses. Try it you wont be disappointed

Apologies for the previous one star - it was a typing error that i was not aware of until it was drawn to my attention. We had an excellent meal at the Spur. It was extremely tasty and well presented. Our waiter was also brilliant and we could see that he had been well trained. The Eldorado Spur is not only for families but also caters for the older folk as well.

Always a great place to have a meal. Pleasant, friendly atmosphere and family orientated. Good food and prices are reasonable in comparison to most other eating venues. They take great care to make sure that customer satisfaction does not get compromised. As a family we always recommend Spur.

Rump steak special was so tough. I could have got a more mature steak at the kwik spar in Hillcrest. I had to saw my way through the meat to cut it

Burgers were really nice, chips piping hot. The restaurant was a little busy. Staff very pleasant and friendly
