Ordered a Wrapsta box meal. Normally the wrap is nice, big and filled with fillings. This one didnt even have a hash brown! Just a chicken, lettuce and cheese. And it was incredibly small... Very dissatisfied. R80 bucks for a small wrap, chips and a drink? A bit of a ripe off I think.

The best KFC i have ever been to. The food and more than anything the staff. They are always happy and ready to help with a smile. All of them. I used the drive through today and was amazed like every other day. Keep it up guys.

The order we received from the Driver-through window was incorrect, but the missing product was delivered to me promptly. It is easy for a mistake to happen, but the customer service i received to correct the mistake was awesome... thanks

Drive through was fast and the KFC was hot and fresh. They got my order a bit wrong but sorted it out very quickly. Great staff.

Placed and order, there was a slight delay with the chicken, staff made us aware tho... KFC Sherwood is a very old fast food restaurant. It has maintained a good reputation for the past 10+ years with its fantastic service and fresh food. The kind greeting when you enter whether it is through the drive through or sit down inside the restaurant is very pleasant and heart warming. The food is made fast and with ease. Even with all of this they do tend to forget to leave out somethings from your order sometimes but just be sure to check your order before you leave. Other than that everything is perfect.

Due to COVID I use a Drive-Thru wherever I can, this KFC is really slow. Might as well just drive to the next KFC.Aside from that, orders always correct and no issues with anything

This KFC has always been a home to me since I was child but this time around I purchased a Sundae with kit-kat nd it was not smooth, I was just eating on chunks of ice. I couldnt taste the richness of the Sundae but instead I just got a watery taste. I just hope it was the first and last time. Thanks

Went for ice cream and just as im at collection with my daughter we told that the ice cream is soft...so had to be refunded.if i was told this at the beginning i wouldnt have wasted my time in the drive thru

The service was great especially the receptionist, she showed great customers care skills.

Big improvement recently. Still gave me burnt chicken once... But overall a lot better than previously where dry hard or burnt chicken was the norm.

I had a drive through experience which was quite fast.

Ordered a fully loaded meal, paid for extra sause and this is what I got...a dry colonel. And then I realise my coke wasnt packed. Disappointed

I am such a regular customer at this kfc branch that most of the employees know me , how ever i am so extremely disappointed with last purchase . i bought a 9 piece bucket and I specifically said NO WINGS - My meal had only 8 pieces that included a wing ........ not the first time this happened .

Great food. Their rounders have big fillets and they are not shy on the mayonnaise. The wait was looking however, but worth it.

Orderd on the online app...go all the way there for them to tell me they dont have wings and this was before they closed...disappointed really and its the first time buying from them dont think I will be going back.
