Burned snack burger buns. Stale fries. Didn’t enjoy it one bit

This place has lacked good service for a very long time. The staff lack experience and training. You have to prepare yourself for bad service if you going there. The only reason I am forced to go back is because of the kids. (And KFC supports junior cricket). If there was a closer KFC I will be there more often.Sadly when you complain to KFC head office nothing is done about it. Shows commitment for customer satisfaction...

Hot tasty food. Chips need to be in a drier or at a warmer temperature so it doesnt go sodden. Nonetheless, great and chirpy staff. Quick service

I must really be irate to give a rating below 4.Placed order online.Got to the and paid for the stuff.Had to wait along time for the food, but didnt mind as inwas told that i was getting it fresh and hot.Fillet in the burger was refried.Bought 4 so the difference was clearly seen.Not enough sauces or seviets given.Tired of complaining.Staff look at you and say sorry.

Service here is pretty decent and quite fast. Ample parking as well if you want to eat in. Never had a real bad experience.

Used to be the best KFC around. Now it has horrible service. Extremely slow and disorganized. People who come after, with similar orders, get served before. The last 2 times I visited it was the same and this is months apart. Over 30 minutes wait. I will not ever visit this KFC again. Take my advise drive to another KFC that will probably be faster.

Very fast with making of food but kinda slow on weekends

Its not fine at all what KFC does when we order there. Whether its going there directly or ordering online they still dont get the order correct or complete. My order was totally not complete, instead of 2 coleslaw I got 2 mashed potatoes also without the 4 loaves I ordered. Now some people have to wait another 20 just for salads and loaves. Please KFC, get our orders right, its written there njena!

Terrible service, counter sales person and manager are rude and incompetent. I am a regular patron at kfc and i am well aware of pieces that you can and cant have in combination with other pieces when choosing streetwise meals. I will not be supporting this branch

At a time when we are under seige from an invisible virus and taking all precautions including limited travel and public exposure, you would think that food outlets, having suffered the hardest impact of this pandemic, would ensure the highest levels of service.This afternoon I patronised this outlet using the drive through facility. Placed my ordered for a 10pc family meal, paid and returned to the safety of my home to enjoy the meal with my family.To my dismay, upon opening the packaged meal, I realised that instead of receiving the 10pcs that I paid for, there were only 8. I immediately called the store and spoke with manager who casually suggested that I can come back to collect the missing pcs.I want firstly raise awareness that if youre a customer of this branch, always check to see that you get what you paid for and are not being robbed and secondly to the management, owner and franchisor, people like myself use your drive through facility to limit ourselves to public exposure and limit the risks associated with Covid19, and there is a cost of inconvenience associated with your staffs incompetence to count to 10.Your manager who promised to return my call has yet to provide a reasonable solution for your shortcoming.

My worst experience at a kfc ever. The wait was unnecessarily long. Everybody else seemed to be getting their orders but for some reason, ours seemed to be held back...perhaps because We had to call the manager to inform her that nobody is working with gloves especially during this Covid 19 period.

They dont even deserve one star! Nobody greets you properly. They always have so much of attitude. Overall service is pathetic. Then to top it off you have to wait so long for your food which is cold. This has to be the worst KFC I have visited.

The place is great and there is great service but there are some things I dislike about it. For instance I feel that the waiting time for your order is a bit too long😖. Even if the order is ready, you still having to wait till they eventually give it to you😫. But other then that the food is very delicious😋👌😍

Im not happy about the Oreo Krusher, tasted like it had eno. Took one sip and spat it out.The crunch sliders were also bad.

Bought burgers and streetwise two asked for side breast and drumstick they said I must wait in the parking after some time they brought the meal we asked if it was what we wanted she said yes when we got home it was a drumstick and wing in both boxes they always make the same mistake very disappointed

Their chicken is always stale.their chips is hard and tasteless.food is cold on many occassions. They seem to cater for people that live in informal settlement who have no means of complaining. I am disgusted with the taste of the chicken is dry.chips not fresh.inside of chicken does not taste nice.coleslaw is old and horrible.the owners need to come and sort out this branch or close it down

Got served on good time

As like other KFC same menu and spices. What I can add is the convenience and location of the place... Well located and accessible just by the side of main road. Staff attitude so far so good and orders are carried out very efficiently. Meals are served hot so its means freshly cooked meal.

Different experience each time... Sometimes we get excellent service and fresh food and other times we have had some terrible experiences... Food must be checked properly to avoid disappointments when you get home and items are missing, over cooked or old.

Worst service ever. You order something through drive in or take away when food is delivered or drive through to collection it totally wrong...... Everytime I order. It a same case. One time my husband and his friends ordered wings 4 dunked and 4 zinger at the drive through and guess what on collection we waited almost 10 minutes when we got our order we just drove off...... Got home all the wings were DUNKED. THEIR GRAVY has no taste it watery. Chicken pieces are smelling like the oil is burnt. I have all bad services every time it not funny from reservoir hills we drive to Westville for tasty scrumptious KFC
