Friendly staff, good customer service, no long waits and clean outlet. I loved their hot chicken it tasty. Their prices are reasonable and the place is perfect for both groups and individuals. Good place for a quick bite or take away.

Best flame grilled chicken with your own choice source. You see the value of your money from their service. Table service available and take away. Clean and organised. I love this restaurent, I used to buy from their restaurent from Mpumalanga province and even here I will fund them to feed my soul with their flame grilled chickecn.

Chicken was to dry and the staff look tired. Was nt happy about the service. Other competing companys try very hard. I give it a 2 out of 10

Staff could try to be friendlier. A few months later, no improvement! The cashier continued to talk to her colleagues about personal stuff while I was waiting for her to serve me. AND I was the only one at the counter.😏

Theyre sauce is unbearable and the chicken is not succulent at all, Pedros Chicken succulent and their sauce is bearable.

Galitos well known for good chicken. Never heard any complaints about this branch and they are always on point with my orders.

I ordered spicy rice with my family deal, I got nothing, I asked for well done, the skin was still white and soft and I asked for the chicken to be cut into 8 pieces it came in quarters. On top of being robbed of the rice I paid for all they could say to me Im sorry this will be the last time it happens. Very disappointing and terrible service.

Very poor service. I placed an order of a full chicken,wings chips and side pap the cashier didnt get what I said or something and gave me 4 pap. And nothing could be done by both her and the manager as they claim its already in the system and are not able to do anything. Paid R206 for something I didnt even eat. Such a shame first and last time of coming to Galitos wouldnt even recommend it to anyone especially if you cant speak Zulu in my case. I had such high hopes. 💔💔

The food is nice, but the service from the staff - _- yuuu its like u owe them something. They should really smile more. After today, scared to go back there and wouldnt recommend this branch to any of my friends or family.

One of our favourite chicken spots. Great combo deals and probably one of the top rolls included with your meal packs. Unlike competitors their rolls are packaged separately and thus fresh. Also the chicken is not dry like same other places.

I ordered my food at 12h56, they told me that their food would be ready in 15 minutes so at 13h24 I went to ask what happened to 15 minutes. The cashiers had forgotten about my order. They told me to take a seat and they have my food ready for me, it is now 13h34 and Im still sitting here without food.
