Convenient store serving travellers and staff at the Durban airport. At times a bit slow. Service could be improved as is the general helpfulness of the staff.At the food court with a fair amount of shared seating but often it is full.

Staff and manager more interested in chatting behind the counter than attending to customers. I waited as the only person in the queue for 4 minutes before being assisted. All this time the staff were laughing and joking with Futhi (Supervisor). Paid for meal, went to smoke, came back to collect my order and waited another 5 minutes while I could see my meal on the warmer. Eventually got the attention of a staff member who was engrossed in conversation got my meal. Pathetic service. Definitely needs intervention from KFC Franchisors.

Consistently making the worst KFC anyone can ever have. To be in an international airport and serve people food that seems to have been cooked the previous day is ridiculous. Burger patties so dry no amount of sauce can save it. The patties are so small they should be served with half a bun. Thanks for always making me regret lunch with you.

Just a twister. Thats what the order of the day was. Staff are not friendly. They didnt call my number. I know for a fact because I was waiting next to the lady calling the numbers. 3 rows of people ordered and collected before Id had enough and asked where my very simple order was. There is was sitting there. Not good. Not happy. Wish someone would do something about the poor service we have to endure. Durban sucks. This airport should be renamed. Its not up to international standards at all. Its dirty. Staff are rude. Alot of police strolling around with their far arses. Most of which youll see standing at kfc. Just in case you need to know where to find them. What a wrong with KZN and GP? Theyre run by the same idiots.

Its a good take away shop, very quickly just that sometimes they confused orders. You gotta double check your order before you leave.
