I once accidentally placed an online order to this Nandos instead of the one at Montclair. A month later I went to them with a reference that I was given to me online, they gladly gave me back my refund hassel free

My husband fetched our meals and noticed it was a bit dry. He asked for extra sauce. The lady said that she couldnt give him extra sauce because the cost comes out of their pocket. When he offered to pay for it they declined.

Poor delivery service. I placed my order at 16:11 and the order was only delivered at 17:44. Several calls was made to the restaurant and everytime, I was told to wait for 10 minutes. It was time to break fast and my kids were waiting very long for the meal. This is pathetic delivery service as the order was not delivered on time. Not looking forward to ordering from Nandos Reservoir Hills anymore.

One of my favourite Nandos branches. Always ask if you want the extra basting sauce which makes Nandos just that much nicer. Pleasant staff too.

Too many flies , but in terms of the restaurant good service i would have enjoyed it better if werent for the flies.

The branch is one of the few fast food outlets in Reservoir hills, the staff are well trained and you are promised superb service. Uber Eats and Delivery service are available. Open till 10pm most nights.

Nandos has completely messed up with this central call centre idea of theirs. I waited on the line for 10 minutes to place an order at my local Nandos and then still had to wait at the store. Completely inefficient.

I am from Mouth Edgecombe and always enjoy a good Nandos meal delivered to usI received to have dinner at my daughters home in Reservior Hills and insisted on having a Nandos meal of which Im so addicted to lol.The food was delivered by Nandos in Reservior Hills.It was in a total mess!The packet with the chicken was torn and messed up the rest of what was in the packet .The chicken livers container lid was broken. That messed up even more .Their chicken in the chicken salad was practically raw.We tried to call the store but only to get through the call center and had to hold on the phone for my minutes with no response!Totally what I would expect from the Nandos standards.This is totally embarrassing!

Called call centre and placed order. I collected my full chicken order and when I got home noticed quarter chicken was missing. Tried calling to remedy but was annoyingly disconnected 4 times. More than an hour after placing order, nobody wanted to eat anymore. The cashier gave me the owners number to call but I told her to get the owner to call me instead if they were serious about their service and customers. One week later I still havent received that call. Dont bother Nandos Reservoir hills.
