Service was a little slow. Like 15 minutes before I had to go ask for someone to help us. Takes forever for them to come check on. You and last time I checked spur is for everyone so music could be mixed to accommodate everyone not having to listen to African music back to back is ridiculous. Especially as a family restaurant playing music thats really for clubs

Excellent taste and quality. First time purchased meals at this branch. Usually buy at Spur Musgrave.Did my order on MR.D APP and it was awesome. Bought the spicy Texan crumbed chicken burgers and excellently prepared and generous portions of chips and onion rings and sauces neatly packed in takeaway containers.SUPPORT THIS SPUR AND BUY LOCAL AND HELP THESE RESTAURANTS when you can.

Karaoke night.Suggestions: Spur is doing great work with regards to not having balloons anymore because of their environmental impact but then we get a polystyrene container for leftovers? Please change this.Also, I think it would be better to ask guests if theyd like a straw even though yours are paper, reduce wastage?

The set up inside is attractive, with tables being spread apart to adhere to covid conditions and regulations. Meals seem to served in slightly larger portions than usually and a quiet atmosphere. Food flavor was okay-ish ... Gateway branch is still ahead.This was a birthday visit and mentioned and we expected the usual delivery from spur but nothing, not even an explanation. We racked that up to not wanting too many waiters in one area singing and passing the bug.We usually wait for a table, where the play area is clearly visible, as this Spur fully met the reason. We acknowledge that our kids are our responsibility and, supervision needs to be controlled by parents as SPUR generally has a sign for this. The play area attendant is just in place to ensure the general well being of kids and to raise the alarm if anything serious occurs. On this visit the play attendant remain in 1 place, on her phone throughout our visit. Whilst I kept popping in and out to check on and reprimand my kid, even the child got tired of waiting for this attendant and got off the VR Chair to select VR games by himself cos the attendant was busy on her phone.I did tell my child not to touch the system, however the attendant didnt seem to even care. If I dont show any concern, the attendant doesnt care about her own companies equipment and allows all these kids (who dont understand the effects of interference and damage of expensive equipment), whos responsible?The games on the VR, are the conducive to all age groups? There isnt any real control.The overall visit was ok but not somewhere we would look to revisiting a hurry.

Newly opened, fresh and clean. Great vibe, new menus with new look and a few new food choices available . Was very impressed with the service from the time you enter the restaurant till you leave, management very attentive. Not a lot of parking space available though so not sure what they will cope when the place is packed as people get used to the new place. New lovely kiddies games available,my daughter enjoyed herself very much on the virtual reality game

Really disappointing experience. No cream for desserts, no Avocado for salads. I asked for extra sour cream for my Nachos and was given dessert cream with lemon.. When querying this I was told.. Well it doesnt come with sour cream... True.. But you also didnt have cottage cheese on it! And why say yes, and send me something that isnt correct. Kobus, the manager, was rude and unprofessional. Will definitely not frequent THIS spur again!

The place was neat and tidy. However, our waiter was friendly!My family and I decided to have dinner at Spur Florida road to celebrate my uncles birthday. When the food arrived,the calamari was deep fried and HARD!!!As if they forgot about it in the deep fryer. My son ordered the ice cream tray and the astros were old and soft! DEFINITELY NOT FRESH!!!My son was playing at the play area, and the attendant was not paying attention or monitoring the kids at all. She was not friendly at all. She was chatting on her phone for the 60minutes we spent there. We sat close to the play area, by the VR section. WE WERE REALLY DISSAPOINTED! THE BIRTHDAY BOY DID NOT ENJOY HIS FOOD. We paid the bill and went to another restaurant, because we didnt want to ruin his night further with complaints and arguing!

I was totally ignored by staff when I walked in and stood waiting for someone to assist. A male waiter finally came walking up to me just to dive past me without acknowledging my existence in any way. I commented that I must be invisible, and left. I wont be back. Ever. I walked across the street to Keys pub, where I had the exact opposite experience...and had agreat dinner with exceptional service!

First time visit to this new Spur in our area. Service was not great as seems they were running out of cold drinks in a can and what was offers was then discovered to be unavailable. Then offered a peach tea that turned out to be the sugar free version. Food arrived, which two of us ordered the same thing, but meals arrived and was plated differently and was definatley not the same quality. Didnt end up eating...not impressed.

Sat night 10/08/19, great restaurant! Great view!!However we were a large group (over 100) and somehow a deal was struck to exclude onion rings on our food...duh its not spur without onion rings! And then the chicken wings were super dry. Durky sauce was only saving grace and wasnt included in the combo...hmmm Spur!!! Exonorate yourselves!!!!!
