Terrific pizza. Helpful staff. Just wish they had better specials

My mother and I went to Panarottis for a quick dessert. After waiting for quite some time, our waffle came to us in a mess on plate and closely represented dog food. The manager at that time, came to check on us. In which we told him, not only about the mess in our plates, but also that the waffles were raw. He was quick to take the order back and apologized profusely. After a few minutes wait, our order came back as seen below.Absolutely impressed with the second plate. Our waitress wasnt to be seen around much, but the manager was always in line of sight.Atmosphere was relaxed. Definitely would go back

Tembiso and Precous made the best Pizza and Pasta iv ever tasted. Well done guys I really enjoyed that. Can wait to order again. Bluff towers Panarottis you rock

Excellent food. Really maintained the eat in quality to the food despite being takeaway. Staff were very friendly and professional. Will visit again for sure.

I see they down-scaled, however we went there to buy pizza only to find the person making the pizza was not covering her nose with her mask and the 2 people working there where not interested in making an effort to correct this after we moaned .. disappointing and Sad because that was a great place when it was managed properly. i would not recommend that branch to anyone now.

I always seem to punish myself and return to the Panarottis Bluff thinking maybe they have improved. I was disappointed once again; unfriendly staff and poor service.Never again, never ever again am I going there.Nothing has changed despite complaining about their poor service. Shame on you Panarottis Bluff.

This place is AMAZING. I had a date, with my girlfriend of two years and this time around we decided on Pizza, so we sat down and it happened to be all you can eat pizza night so me being the brave guy I am I said Babe, lets do it, which all on all ended up being a bad Idea BUT, there was a single blessing that night, when ordering drinks I asked for a castle light and the waitress came back about a minute later and said they dont have any that are cold enough, shell be right back, so she RAN out of the restaurant and went and found me a cold beer, she will always be my hero.

Untidy pizza slices, cut badly(4 small and 4 laaarge) slices. When adding extras, it comes a little less than standard. Saucy pizzas they are NOT. Would not recommend Bluff branch anymore, they have seriously dropped the ball.

I ordered with Mr D, all Topping falling off the pizza, so highly disappointed an annoyed.

Went here for my 15 year wedding anniversary. Staff was friendly. Food was delicious as always. Drink prices a bit heavy. Nice place to bring the kids. Great specials on Thursday eat as much as you want for R100. Would recommend for taking the family here nice kiddies area as well.

Great place to work, I enjoyed the experience right up till I left. Co-workers were very friendly, one of my better experiences of working for sure.

The meals were tasty. The place was clean. Outside seating if you like the outdoors. Kids play center to give mom & dad a break. Adequate undercover parking

My absolute favorite go to family restaurant. With the kids safely playing and taken care of in plain site it helps for the parents to be more at ease and have a much needed restful afternoon out. They offer a very wide selection of meal choices to suit your pallets needs as well as deserts and beverages ranging from non alcoholic to alcoholic. They offer daily specials which are extremely affordable and their food is always very tasty Ive yet to had a bad experience when it comes to dining here.

Not sure why the bad reviews but ive never had any bad experiences at this place. Great atmosphere neat and tidy. Area for kids and food is 5 star quality. You definitely get what youre paying for as prices are a bit higher than the other restuarants in the area but definitely of quality. Definitely recxomend their pizzas and waffles

Worst experience ever. Went on 6/9/2019 for the Thursday special. Were given a dirty plate to start with. Then followed by 2 servings of cold pizza. At 21:15 I requested a final 3 cheeses pizza (our absolute favourite). At 21:30 the manager came to the table and told us that we cant have any more pizza. Never got the 3 cheeses which was requested 15min earlier. Then the waiter came to the table stating that he was too scared to tell us that we are not allowed any more pizzas. So Thursday special is a hoax. I never felt SO unwelcome at any restaurant in my life. Dont waste your time with Bluff Panarottis. We will continue our VIP journey with Ushaka and Galeria. This restaurant deserves an incredible 0 rating.

Bought lasagna this afternoon. Was told by waiter that it would serve two people. When I got home, opened container and found it didnt even cover the bottom or sides and was very oily. Disgusted that I had to pay R99.90 for this small amount. Wont recommend this place.

Really enjoyed the Thursday bottomless special. Huge variety of pizzas. Staff were very friendly for people working on a public holiday evening.

The best garlic, bacon and cheese rolls are served here that I have ever eaten. However there points system is disappointing. Never got my points.

I personally dont like all the pizzas but Thursday nights are fun and the only problem is slice sizes. They could try be more precise.

Food was average but service was absolutely terrible. Walked out after paying and cancelled my dessert. Waiting was unhelpful and manager never once walked the floor. I literally had to walk from my table to get their attention whenever I needed something.

Siya was the best waitress there !! We literally only went to eat here because of her !

We went last night for my mums birthday and dinner as a family wow, 20 people including kidlets, they had a blast playing and we had our stomaches filled to the top with delicious pizzas, pastas and chicken salad.Awesome service, thank you for such a pleasantly evening.*Maybe just one suggestion! Maybe look at pull down awning/cover type thing for the chill and the wind when seated outside*

A pretty regular Panarottis outlet. Decent kids play area (which is only really suitable for 3+ year olds, due to lots of stairs and maze like climbing structure.) Consistant food quality. Relatively freindly service staff overall. Thursday special eat all you can sometimes features a live one man band music act which can be entertaining (if you like your 80s and 90s music). A good overall experience. Recommend if youre in the mood for Italian restaurant food.

I know we were a large crowd but they did have prior knowledge of the number of ppl in our group. some ppl got their food 30 minutes after the other ppl. your staff were more interested in getting photos than ensuring we all got our food timeously. when asked for a doggy bag some got theirs and others did not. would not recommend a large group to go there. even with a prior booking made service will probably still be bad. no stars recommended.
