First time visiting this Spur, was an OK experience with good and bad. Service was good. I had the 400g rib on special but it had more fat than anything else. Left the restaurant feeling ill 😔😒. My daughter had a burger meal which was prepared very well, their patties are seriously beefy. Desert brownie was superb.

I ate lot of delicious meat there. The waiters are super nice.

The manager Riaz was proberly the best restaurant Manger I have seen in the last 10 years. I come from the industry and understand it. He welcomed us like family and really went out of his way to make our experience amazing. The food was the same as everywhere.

Excellent service, just thinking about it makes me hungry. Their staff is very friendly and they are always on their feet making sure you ok nd that the food and drinks is to your liking.

Our steaks were done to perfection, super tender and juicy and tasty. Restaurant was sanitized and wiped down and spotless. Our waiter was friendly and such great service. Will definitely recommend.

The food was good.Coffee was very hot, had to wait until after eating to drink it. Which was a while because the food took ages to come.It isnt a bad restaurant, just dont go there for a quick bite

Ive been coming here for a few years because, to my knowledge, its the only Halaal spur in Durban.The food generally is well prepared. I havent had any issues personally with anything.I wouldnt recommend take aways as the meals taste best straight out of the kitchen.

What a meal. Succulent steak and perfectly fried eggs for breakfast. I will definitely be coming back for more.The manager is always friendly and the staff are always smailing.This is called service.

Worst experience ever, bought 2 x 400g ribs with spinach and butternut and a Mac and cheese.Ribs was hard and had no taste, veggies were so unappetizingThe Mac and cheese , Macaroni was not cooked properlyReally really disappointing and especially from spur.

Brought back old feels, starters and steaks were great as always. Our waiter was a bit disorganized and brought the main meal wrong. The Texan burger wasnt great and that what I usually like.

I love this place. Great staff, friendly and even though i had a few unexpected mishaps with meals, they are extremely accomodating and show true management by correcting their faults. I will continue to support them as Ive developed a great relationship with everyone there. Great service, keep it up!

Best Spur in the country. The manager walks around to check if everything is going well. A lovely visible play area for the kids with modern and traditional toys to keep your young ones occupied. The place has great natural light.

Sadly totally unprepared for covid. Restaurants complain about lockdown losses but as far as this spur is concerned it is totally self inflicted. We battled to get through on the phone line and when we finally did it was unclear and got cut twice. We placed our order and arrived 30 minutes later. There were no other customers there and we expected a quick turnaround. But we waited another 40 minutes and in between several Mr D drivers arrived were ushered in and left almost immediately with their orders. Officious and unhelpful Staff refused to say how long ours would be. By now other customers arrived and also had to wait. All were visibly irritated and unhappy. . When the food finally arrived it was 3 orders at once and we were the last to be called despite arriving first. By now the food was stone cold and although we were assured that sachets of barbeque sauce were included there were none when we opened the bag. Very poorly organised and management really needs to lift their standards of service here.

By far one of the best Spurs ive visited.The manager Riaz is extremly friendly and welcoming. This was not the first time ive been to this particular Spur and truly the standard does not drop. Riaz sat us down and the waiter Yaseen attended to us. He was professional, polite and prompt to take our order.As mentioned this has happended on several occasions even when i took my staff to have a breakfast meeting the service was excellent.This Spur is always clean, from the kids area to the tables and toilets. Highly recommend visiting this restuarant.

Very disappointing service overall. We drove here from PMB as its halaal and we also dont eat pork. From a curdled creamy looking strawberry daiquiri to an ice cold cappuccino and boiled tasting beef ribs that lacked the spur taste. Not impressed at all.

It was good just bare in mind it is halaal.So no bacon etc.

Good service and food! 1pm but it was very quiet. Go on support them!! Undercover parking leads straight to Spur so please dont park on the street its a bit of a busy intersection.

As always Riaz the manager outstanding service staff excellent service keep it up I think you guys should reward Riaz for his outstanding customer service the only reason I am always here is because of him .

Havent been here in almost 2.5 years, the last time I went was disappointing. However this time my steak was cooked to perfection and the flavour was awesome!

Just had supper here. The 2 stars are totally for the food. Can not fault it at all. My waiter was totally not interested. We made a request to Tinashe to have our drinks with our food. We literally received our drinks 10 mins after eating. To top it off, my Strawberry lemonade was warm with a few ice cubes floating on the top. My 7 year old son received an adult milkshake, of which he had waited so long for, I didnt send back. I asked for the bill, plainly irritated, of which was brought and left on the table. I requested a card machine and again, had to wait. I eventually grew tired of waiting, and decided to make my way, with Four kids in tow to make payment at the front. My waiter then met me there while the manager zama was taking payment. When I asked if it was the waiters first day, he responded with a shake of the head and decided to ask me WHY.... WHILE THE MANAGER STOOD THERE AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER....

Ordered the chicken schnitzel take away told the lady please make sure onion rings are dry not oily total opposite schnitzel was drenched in oil onion rings and chips soaked in oil was very unhealthy didnt eat it

Waited a hour for my order and the fact that they seat people with no children out side the play area and me with a 2 year old must sit out of my sons view that’s not on and I will not be going back there again

Great restaurant with ample dining area. The food is great, they are primarily a steak house but they also serve a mean chicken and even fish.The burgers are great I have been told, I love the steak too much to stray.By far the largest draw card is the kiddies play area. It is huge and vast offering something for all ages.Definitely a great evening for all

Ordered through mr d. Ordered medium rare and got an overcooked steak. No bbq sauce was given. Onion rings were soggy and Chips were little and had no salt or seasoning at all. Really disappointing
