Horrible Service... Paid for items that was not delivered...they promised to call me back and to deliver the next day, nothing happened.. When I called and asked to speak to the manager on two seperate occasions, he was busy and has never contacted me..When i asked one of the staff members what happened to my items I was told that they will add it at no charge to my next order... When I mentioned that I wont order again, they said, well thats all they can help me with... And there is nothing they can do... So its ok to take my money but not deliver.... Terrible customer service,..Wont ever purchase from this Nandos again..

Very poor quality of food. Was not cooked nicely, came without sauce and was dry. Did noteet my expectation. Took it up with the manager and his service was poor to say the least. He went to the extent to say i must check my own food before leaving the store, as it isy responsibility and not theirs. I will support Nandos but not this one, will drive to mall@reds which is also halaal. Advice to you as well.

Also had a bad experience, terrible attitude of staff, horrible food, no QC. I drive past them to go the Rooishuiskraal. Learnt my lesson, dont want to lose my money.

Im never buying anything from here again I ordered a kiddies meals and the juice didnt come with but its on the slip when I called into report the issue the guy said he will call me back until now he hasnt called me back because they dont care about customer service however I will never support this Nando again

Got served by the manager. Great guy, wonderful service, but the food today was below par to say the least. It was done very quickly (+/-4 min), which we appreciated, but the potato wedges were not cooked through, some raw inside, chicken flavour as ordered was not extra hot, just mild, asked for extra sauce, but ya no, it was skimped on. The rice in the chicken and rice bowl was undercooked and again, they skimped on the extra sauce ordered . This is 1 of the better Nandos outlets, but today, I was disappointed 😞

Their staff gave our delivery order to the wrong driver so we lost our order. When i called the staff hung up. And eventually when the manager answered she denied the order taking place despite the fact that the driver is literally in that store at this moment. And then she hung up the phone and refused to answer again. Very unprofessional staff

On Saturday, we wanted Nando’s and I followed my normal protocol of calling to place the order, so that when I arrive at the restaurant my order will be ready. I called at 18:55, but I wanted to place my order at the Jean Crossing branch as I was close to it at that time, however, they were offline so I opted to place the order at the Eldoraigne branch, which is also on my way home. The operator said the order will be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived there at 18:07, to find out my order is not ready, so I waited. I left the restaurant at 19:42. The worst thing is that everybody was unhappy as it looked like everyone has waited a long time for their orders. This is also the third time that this have happened to us with this specific branch.

The taste was good, the staff were friendly, Covid regulations were in place so in general, it was good. The portion size was quite small so I gave 4 stars

Food was not up to standard...chips tasted stale and the hot livers tasted like lemon...ask for a starter livers didnt get the buns with it...online order

I had a horrible experience.The confirmed order was incorrect. 18 winglets delivered instead of 36 wings.The packets were leaking contents. Pathetic presentation.The driver did not have ID and had an expired disc. He could not enter the estate. We had to pick up the order from the guard house of the estate. The delivery person says he forgot his wallet. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened.Failed communication between the call centre and the store manager. I specifically stipulated that the delivery person should have ID to enter estate. The store manager says he did not get the instruction. Customer care at Nandos sent a screenshot to the store manager to evidence this.The manager offered to send a driver to swop out the food. I cannot take up that offer because I am no longer confident in his ability to prepare a meal safely. Who knows what he will send!To say I am disappointed at the failed internal controls and quality at Nandos is an understatement.Nandos will have to address this in a better way then a meaningless apology.DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM NANDOS.

The staff are always welcoming and very friendly. The manager is awesome! The best is the preparation of the food! I have to say that Nandos Eldoraigne has got the best chefs of all the Nandos branches Ive ever visited! I will drive really far just to support Nandos Eldoraigne! Well done! What a terrible experience. We ordered our food at 09H06 and after phoning numerous times just for the phones not to be answered and being transfered from one to another without any answers, we received our food at 12H30. This is unacceptable service. My company and I will never order from this restaurant again.

The Nandos at Jean Crossings food is better, service is better. It would appear the staff are too busy to be attentive to their clients. I waited 45 minutes and when I heard a higher number than mine called, I was not happy. They did not make me smile. My wife and I will not go there again. We will drive the little bit further to Nandos at Jean crossing.

Bought bulk order here for more than 20 people few weeks ago. Was prompt and cooked right.

This is the third time this store has got my order wrong. Yesterday my order took 2 hrs to get to us. I love Nandos unfortunately when you adress issues with customer care nothing gets done unfortunately. The food standard from above store has also gone down drastically.I got a call from the store manager after I made over 5 calls to nandos customer care & the store. Will never support this store again.I have spoken to your manager, spoken to customer care a few times ,nothing gets done. Promises only. Your manager wanted to give me a free salad lol.Who keeps their till slip? This order was done through your call centre. Spending R400 a time for only two people is alot .Im done with this outlet. Have supported plenty but unfortunately a mistake made once can be overlooked but 3-4 times in a row. 😥

Staff attitude is pathetic. I waited 45minutes just for a small spicy rice. They are not apologetic. They just ignore you when you come forward. They did not take my order down correctly. Did not bother to take up a fight when you see the staff has no interest if you take or leave the food. The restaurant wasnt also kept clean. Tables was dirty and the floors wasnt swept. The sauce bottles hasnt been wiped off. They have an issue with you when u use your vitality rewards. I had to swipe my card twice because they do not listen. Very very upset with this service.

I happened to walk in when it was time to break fast. Even though I am not of Islamic faith I was very please to see the owner making sure all his customers got dates to break fast and orders taken as quickly as possible. All with a smile from all staff. Worth the wait it was so yummy!

The worst service I have received at Nandos Eldoraigne!!! Waited over 30 minutes as the staff could not find my order! After getting home I got mielies instead of a pita! The store wanted to deliver my food the next day... poor service I certainly won’t eat here for free!!!

Very good Nandos with a seating area inside and outside.It was busy, with many takeaways and deliveries being prepped as well as the sit down meals.Knowledgeable staff and a clean restaurant mean it gets a five star rating.

Go there at least once a week. Service not as good as it use to be. Today we waited 25min for two burgers, we were told eight minutes. They dont call out your order when ready. Note: there was no one sitting at tables. Not very busy, and staff behind counter not friendly at all. ATTITUDE when asking about order. Needless to say food was ice cold. Cold burger are not nice!!!

This Nandos is a bit of a let-down. While the food is okay, the queues are usually long, especially on Fridays. This, coupled with disorganized staff, and the terrible parking set up at Eldo Square, makes it a rather stressful experience to order food from them. I would suggest making use of a delivery service rather than going there in person.

The staff is not professional at all. It is as though they got no training. On this particular occasion she lets us stand there deciding what Family meal to purchase only to tell us that theres no Chicken. Most people go there for chicken. Couldnt they put a sign? Could she not greet us and immediately inform us so we dont stand in queue, waiting our time?

**EDIT 31 / 03 / 2019 **So after having ordered and collected from Eldoraigne on multiple occasions, weve generally only had compliments to give - however, the past 3 times weve ordered online/via phone, the order has either come with extras missing (e.g. no paid for extra cheese/pine on a burger), but, MORE FRUSTRATINGLY, being told the order would be delivered in 50 mins (est. by 19:50), only to be sitting around waiting an hour and 30 minutes (so far, tonight) to two hours previously... and then being unable to call the branch as the phone just rings and rings and then cuts off.Driver did arrive with our meals, which we microwaved and enjoyed otherwise... but honestly - if the delivery time given was just honest and said it could take 1 and a half hours (even the driver confirmed hes also complained that they should adjust it accordingly if they KNOW theyre busy and wont deliver as they say) - well, then we could choose to collect ourselves (were a 1.5km from the place!), or order elsewhere... but to have evening schedules messed around (especially with a busy family household), its extremely frustrating.Always been our favourite Nandos in the area! Hope this gets sorted out, till then, we simply wont be ordering for delivery here any more, unfortunately.

Ordered a couple of meals including a chicken halloumi wrap and we received a vegetarian halloumi wrap, we called the branch and they assured they will send the correct order. We accepted the balance of the order and returned the incorrect order. This was at 7:30pm and now at 8:58pm, called again to check where is the order and they not aware as the driver did not let them know of the error. Now the branch claims that there are no drivers to deliver the correct order, We paid for the delivery. This is not the first time its happening.

The filling isnt always that much, and sometimes you have to wait a long time for your food even if they are not busy. But I still enjoy the food and the food has never made me sick.

The call centre thing is really dumb. I called and they said theyre offline so I should redial and choose option 3 to speak to the store directly to order. I did that and the store said they dont take orders I have to call the call centre. I explained what happened and they said theyre sorry they cant take any orders. Not specifically Nandos Eldoraigne thats at fault but they couldve done more to ensure that I didnt hang up and call Mochachos.

I refer to the nandos in edoraigne.To begin, the service I received from the order that I placed up to delivery and quality of the food was terrible and absolutely disappointing.The call I placed, the individual who answered messed up my order, was abrupt, hasty and did not know what he was doing. He gave us a turn around time to which our order would be received by and it took twice as long, despite the verification of said time via SMS.Our food was to be delivered by 17:40 and was received almost by 18:30.We placed a call to enquire the whereabouts of our delivery and the driver was still not in the area, the query manger merely aplogised and stated she could not do anything as the store was busy. When the driver came he was extremely rude. He instigated My dogs and hit the gate to ward of the dogs which were of no treat to him, as they were behind a locked gate.He then proceeded to tell me he is not Afraid of the dogs and they wont do anything, in a very sarcastic tone.When we opened our meals, the food was cold, the spinach did not taste up to par and the chips were tasteless due to it being ice cold.This is not the first time we received such service from this nandos and its unacceptable to spend alot of money at the store and receive terrible quality, service and food.We will not be utilising this store in the near future.Thank you.
