Ordered an all star box meal. They had no ice for my Coke. There was no straw & there was no salt for my chips. As Im typing in eating nice, fresh, crispy chips but with no seasoning.

The customer service was great. Something was missing in my order and when I went back they assisted without hesitation.

We have never had a problem before today.My husband went to buy 3 specials with earphones. He gets home, 1 packet of chips is half.He asks for mash and gravey for the little kid, to find out we only got a tub of gravey. What do I do with gravey and jo mash! And by the way the gravey cost more than the mash.Very disappointing indeed!!!

Buying a chicken meal as early as 9am here atKFC Blue Valley is a bad idea. The chicken is from yesterday, leftovers, flaky and dry. Same applies with their chips...30 minutes before closing up at night, you get the chicken that has been just sitting there. So dont go there for fresh meal. You will regret it.

Really bad service. Order taker was not trained and had no idea whats going on. Thus the drive through que took ages. Plus we got the wrong order. Management should step up here

Drive through yet u must wait for someone to bring food out and ordering...one person shouts order to next...so not professional

We just bought a lunch box meal at about 21:30pm and upon arriving at home which is in midrand i have the unfortunate pleasure of biting into a crunch burger that has what tastes like a day old fillet on it. It was clearly reheated cause the coating on the chicken is hard along the sides and the inside is dry not impressed at all.

I bought zinger wings and they didnt have salt, they were raw

I called way early before I got there I specifically told the lady that I need a box master zinger even went as far as saying the one with a hash brown inside but just look what I got

Disappointing; I wish I read the reviews first. The twister meal I had was cold, and the Zinger wings I ordered looked under-cooked. I wouldnt bother to come back.

In an online order I chose the drive through as my pickup point, but when I got to the drive through queue I was told to go inside to collect my order whilst the others making orders from the drive through were getting assisted. So I wasted my time in the drive through queue for nothing. 3 days later I ordered a 10 piece Family Treat only to get home and find 8 drumsticks and 2 thighs! Im never buying anything from kfc blue valley mall.

This is the worst KfC ever.There service is bad they tear off the bar code aswell so you cant get to them.Today I took the family out for ice cream and paid by card.After I paid they told me that there is something wrong with the ice cream machine.I asked for the manger and then then assistant manager came out and acted like the manger of KFC.This KFC really doesnt even deserve one star.

The worst KFC in Gauteng.We have ordered food from this store on so many occasions and we have never, not once, received everything weve paid for. Whether we drive through, collect or use Mr D or Uber Eats, there is always stuff missing from the order. And now, with the whole COVID-19 situation, its been 3 times now that weve ordered with Uber Eats and the bags were not sealed. Seriously guys. :( :(

Bad customer services and attitude all time

Unfortunately out order was incomplete, we only realised once we were home. The newly appointed manager was very nice and helpful tho, except for the fact that we had to drive back there. I hope he can improve this branch.

The food is good and the service is acceptable. On one visit I was told that they have no chicken (you had one job KFC). On a different occasion their card machines didnt work and they could accept cash only, resulting in us having to leave and go eat at the nearby Steers instead.

It was the most disgusting. After waiting for an hour and seeing 5 different customers getting the wrong food. There was just chaos there. I asked the manager for my money back and he thought it would help to get my order. So I told him no thankyou as I distrust unhappy staff and I said no I asked for my money back. That took another15 minutes. 2 Uber drivers also canceled their orders. Other customers saw there was chaos and left. The cars were out the complex. There was no food going out. It is just getting worse. We buy there every week. But there is another KFC about 4 km away and it took them exactly 3 minutes from the time I got there to the time I got out there. The food was as i had ordered. No mistakes. So will go there in future. Its all about service, not where it is and how long it takes to get there. From R1000 a month to a very never again customer. I do not need to be treated badly by any company. There is another one or something else around the corner. Bye bye. I am forced to give it 1 star otherwise I cannot post it.

I bought a Colonel burger meal from them in which I waited 10mins in line before ordering due to their pay points not working. 10mins later after failing to get it working, they asked me to go to the drive through to place my order, in which I planned on eating in. Upon receiving the meal the chips and cold drink was good but the the Colonel burger had lettuce in that was old and brown. The chicken fillet inside was not a fillet was half the size of the burger bun itself and it was hard as a rock.

The kitchen staff certainly do not take pride in their work. I ordered 2 of the same burgers there, they could not get my order right. The burgers looked like they went through a tumble dryer in the packet, and it was not from falling over. The burger chicken also tasted like it might have been reheated. Wont recommend this KFC. Wont be supporting them again.

Because every time I go there late, I am forced to buy hot and crispy chicken when I want original KFC chicken. And the hot and crispy chicken is burnt most of the time. Poor poor service.

Not a bad KFC. The staff are friendly but be prepared for a wait for your food. Some days the wait is average and on other days weve waited over 30 mins. But the biggest thing about this KFC is their ability to get the orders wrong. This is so frequent that Ive accepted that ordering from this KFC is like buying a loot box. You never know what youre gonna get

If you want dried out burnt KFC go ahead and make your visit at this KFC. Its a gamble going here. You just dont know what you will get. You are either lucky and get some good fresh chicken....or youre unlucky (most of the times) and get tasteless dry burnt chicken.

Absolute pleasure to visit KFC Blue Valley. The store and bathroom was so clean and Balo one of the staff members was the most friendliest person. I would definitely go out of my way to visit this KFC!

The WORST KFC we have ever visited. This review is based on about 6 visits. They take forever to give you your order and with each and every visit there were items missing. Upon the last visit we called the manager - we had to call THREE times before she finally came. Pathetic manager and pathetic service. Do not go there!!

This is one clean KFC! The service is as fast as can be expected, and its never full. Not a bad option if youre around The Reeds/Rooihuiskraal and need a drive-thru because the rest of the shops in that Centre are walk ins

This KFC is in centurion off nellemapias road towards west of Pretoria. It is in a small shopping centre on an elevated ground. It has a small parking place butbone can share the big parking place for the shopping area and just walk across to the KFC. It has a small sitting area for about 20 people but it is trendy and tidy. The service is also good the prepare food as you wait and see. It also has a drive through and I suppose that they have a small sitting place.

Is there any other way to describe pathetic in a way someone would understand? Horrible to say the least!!!!!!!! Half cold drinks and gravy with no mash.... Thats just todays experience. Why on Gods green one so you insist on making what is supposed to be a pleasant experience a stressful mess. Well done you are the worst. Hope you close soon. Murica please take back your trash

I have never been so irritated in my life ,i went to blue valley KFC today to get food and there gave me old chicken it had no taste and it was so hard i dont know weather it was yesterdays chicken or what but it tasted so bad and i couldnt even bite it the way it was so hard ,i ended up going to spar to get something to eat ,please improve you cant sell yesterdays food to your customers ,im so irritated cz its like i through my money in the bin ,not even a dog would eat that chicken

Went to buy a meal. Only to be told they dont have cups and if I wanted a meal Id need to pay the extra for the buddy 500ml. Id not have had an issue if they had put a notice somewhere for customers to see. Not at the till whilst Im ordering. Notify your customers about changes within your store.

Staff are incompatent, 3 times in a row I have gone to their drive-thru, and all 3 times the visit was no less than 45 minutes of waiting with unfriendly staff who would rather stand and flirt with eachother than helping their customers. food is horrible and almost always bland and tasteless and in fact this resturant should not be open as when you park infront of the resturant again waiting 40 minutes for your food you can feel your car shaking as the building foundations are not stable
