If there was a zero rating I would choose that . Always out of stock. Got there 45min before closing, no zinger burger because they don’t want to make any in case they do not sell them before closing. Also, ordered 1 crusher, they rang 2. Told manager, Patricia after my disappointment about the burger that I did not order 2 crushers but only 1. She left and send someone to refund me with R20, but a crusher costs R29.95. So tried to steal my money while giving pathetic service. Always out of stock of things, delivery hasn’t arrived yet or some excuse. Not sure how KFC head office can still allow this unexperienced “business man or woman” still run one of their franchises. Will never buy form KFC Mall @ Reds again. Useless

Food was fresh and tasty. The teller just did not listen when I ordered a d I had yo keep repeating my order. Landed up with an extra pap and gravy in my packet so somebody was missing an item I am sure.

Several occasions now, they sell us the food in drive through and then when you get to collect counter, they dont have stock and it takes 20 to 30 minutes wait for them to prepare it. Why dont they say they dont have stock when you place the order. What is the point of having a drive through. About the 5th time this happens!

Pity I cant give 0 stars. They make you wait 20 minutes in the drive though then tell you they will take another 20 minutes to cook chicken and then tell you that they decided not to cook any more chicken because the have already started cleaning at 20:00. Best of all is you cant get out of the drive through lane as there is only one lane with no exits. So thank you KFC The Reds Rooihuiskraal for proving why I decided to stop supporting you years ago due to bad service. I thought I might give them another chance today. They will never see me again.

Let us get one thing straight - The overall experience deserves ZERO stars. I am only giving you one star because it is required to give an actual rating to post a review.After placing our order at the drive-through, we waited a bit longer than usual. That was not a big issue at all, although we were occasionally asked to wait for the staff to check if certain items were available.At home I was surprised to find how well everything was packaged- which was actually the only great thing about my meal. I had ordered the Fully Loaded Box meal, which was served with coleslaw instead of mash and gravy due to a shortage. The chips were depressed to say the least, soft and cold, did not taste fresh at all. The burger was embarrassing to say the least. It looked like a five-year old had thrown it together with some scraps from a chopping board. The first thing I noticed was that the lettuce was chopped finely and surrounding the burger but after a closer look, I was not even served the leaf. I was served the chopped up spine of the lettuce - which does not look very tasty and was not even in the burger in the first place. Secondly, the tomatoes - I was served the crappiest 2 slices of tomatoes that I had ever seen. I was given the top (with the stem in the middle) and the bottom of the tomato. It was not even sliced in good proportion and was quite disgusting looking as well. After tasting the tomato, I could tell it was not even washed as it gave off that tomato smell and made my lips itch after taking a bite.The piece of chicken I was served was dry and hard, but thank goodness it tasted like a normal piece of chicken. However, the bottom of it was littered with mayo. The coleslaw was up to par, and that was not even part of the meal.Overall the experience was an embarrassment to the franchise. If the service was bad because the place is not usually busy, I can see why they may not be busy.Finger lickin good? I would rather opt to wash my hands after eating.

Just spend R100 at this KFC USING two Zinger burgers. The patties were cold, crusty and hard. I think it was sitting out all day or more than a day. It was the worst Zinger I tasted in years. I told my daughter I dont want to eat Zinger burgers anymore. Dont buy Zinger burgers here.

We went there at 19:20 and my boyfriend went in but no one helped him and they looked at him and just started talking to each other instead of asking him if they can help him. This is this worst experience we have ever had with KFC and we will not go back to them.

Ordered family meal, dont eat cole slaw, so i paid for complete meal even after the lady said she will replace the cole slaw with mash and gravy

All the times weve ordered here were terrible we even received stale food that literally was past the best before date but decided to try again perhaps after covid theyve changed but no they havent, we received the most terrible food, there is no flavour at all and not even 1 salt packet was given. The chicken is smaller if not the same size as the zinger wings, then we also received a bone in batter that they call a piece of chicken, its literally the bone only, instead of giving full chips we got half box chips and the sauces were put in the chips box to make it full. The mash and gravy were also made without any salt.Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

So we thought we would get some kfc as we have loadshedding until 19h30.... food was cold and the crunch sliders we ordered did not even look like what was advertised, the one had a tiny piece of meat without anything else on it and the other one had a lonely piece of lettuce as dressing. Again you guys have disappointed us. Wont be supporting this kfc ever again.

No substitutions for ingredients they dont have. You just lose out. Point in question, no hash brown for the box master so they dont discount you or substitute something else. This is what happens when a business removes staff discretion.

The drive thru doesnt work properly.We ordered a meal for our son that was suppose to come wit headphones only once receiving the meal where we told sorry no headphones you getting coke.Now try dealing with a 5 year old waiting in anticipation for his KFC headphones just to be told sorry you getting flat coke.Should they not pre warn people if they out of stock at least one will be able to go to another KFC then.From the drive through thats not working to the meals thats incomplete not sure if they even deserve a two ratting

Ordered an all star box meal that came with a whole drumstick in place of the patty... Not worth the drive back to complain but a bad review will serve just as well. If possible Id give a zero star rating

The food was fresh and service friendly. Had to park and wait approximately 3 minutes for them to bring my take-away but thats not a complaint. That way I know its fresh and three minutes is no time at all for a well prepared, warm meal.

Absolutely disgraceful experience.i was drive through for order the food. By the order machine operator tell me she want take my order, i must place the order by pay window, i ask why ?there is so many car in frount waiting , then its going to take way to long .she just left.when i pass 1 car space the black lady behind me place the order,and they accept her order ,i could hear what she order .when i get to the window they ask me did i place order? , i say no u tell me to drive to the window.and i ask why? Why my order they refuse to take but after me they took order from the lady,she say machine broken ,i say machine broken but u could take order from her, so i left with out order any thing.and next window i call for manager. he simce hear for the first time what machine is broken,he say i mite misunderstanding , i told him ,they didnt take my order but take the next car one.so will never order again at that kfc.operator name Bettie and Olga .

The service was quick and professional. Covid 19 regulations were followed. The chicken was very delicious and we enjoyed it.

Horrible. Line up in the row for 15 minutes with just 3 x cars in front of us. At the speaker we placed our order just to find out that the chicken will take another 30 minutes to cook. Many vehicles just left ASAP without having any food

Used the drive thru which was fast because everyone else ordered inside. Had to wait a bit because the machines lost connection so they couldnt process the card-payment. Unless otherwise the food was up to standard and they assured us that theyll get in touch with us if we made a double payment because of the network issue.

Just close this place. Maybe all the others as well.Food coming out of this place is awful and over years got worse. They will never come right. No matter how many time you complain.

Always good quality food here, other KFCs can be a tiny bit inconsistent but this one is always good.

Very poor...the fries where not well cooked and the supervisor instead of acknowledging he is playing a defensive game...until he saw the fries himself.How do u serve a raw potato to customers.I will call Olga who is the General manager for that store.

Maybe I just went on a bad day. After ordering online for collection was taken back and forth. Tellers seemed unsure which till to pay at. Afterwards waited for almost an hour for the order, was assisted after I went in to compliant about the long wait

The service I received from KFC Foresthill was so great it was quick.

Service is usually quick here but the chicken is sometimes warmed up and a bit dry. Need to ask for freshly cooked chicken!

This is a well located KFC away from all the hustle and bustle of the shopping mall across the road. The food is good, we had a variety of meals and were all satisfied. The shop is clean, staff is friendly and it is the newer look kfc which I find to always be very noisy. The noise from the kitchen combined with the blaring music and customer chatter really puts me off eating in.

Went there last night at 22:00, so just wanted a streetwise meal, the lady says they dont have chicken pieces, it will take 15min to make, so i ask for a sweet chilly wrap and a classic wrap, drive forward to pay, then at collections the guy says we have to wait 7min for the wrap he needs to make chicken strips because they dont have, we go and park. 32 min later i walk inside to o find out where my food is, the staff are screaming at each other, no one even came to assist me, and then after another 8min the guy brings the order, does not even apologize or nothing, get home the chips were horrible, tasted like old reheated chips, the twisters were average, will never go back to this KFC
