I arrive, two employees are quarrelling in the front of the shop about their shifts, one turns to the kitchen and says customer. A very polite lady comes to the front, greets and offers to assist. Unfortunately, she cant hear my order as the two in front are still arguing. She stops and turns to the both and says, Guys!, I have a customer, they tone it down a bit but still continue. Check your cameras at 16:23, my order number is not clear on my till slip so I cant use that as a reference.The food was lovely though, I throughly enjoyed it. Maybe but the cabbage a little smaller, i had a piece of cabbage the size of a grape in my salad.

Can you grate the ingredients you use for Coleslaw please, they look like they were chopped with a spade. I had to throw away an entire medium size tub of Coleslaw.

Very very expensive charge you more than double if you change from quarter chicken chips request a leg piece instead REDICULOUS

Fast and efficient service... tasty food too

Barcelos is a little slower than the normal fast food, because it is often made fresh. They are clearly under staffed, but the staff who are present shined. Lunch was really yummy thanks

Was the best ,now the 2nd time chicken mild they dont use barcello sauce this is not what im used to,coal slaw was the best now its big chunks and taste horrible we where barcellos fans..... now never again

What great service and delicious food! We placed our order for delivery at 20:19, and at 20:34 it was delivered! For the amount of food we ordered for the family, I was pleasantly surprised! Also the delivery driver was friendly and on point with his efficiency! Thank you Barcelos Amberfield for making a dull Saturday night better with some great chow! Will definitely order from you guys again!

We also ordered a 250ml sauce and they gave it to us in a cheap plastic bucket which messed it all over everything by the time i took it out. My girlfriend order a beef swarma without garnish and there was more garnish than anything else,might add that goes for the chicken swarma as well. Will not be ordering from you again.

Bad service by the lady at the register as well as one of the cooks by the name of Monica. I ordered food via the Mr. D app which said to be done at 19:50 and thats when I arrived. The lady at the front said its not done so I asked how long would it be and she rudely said I dont know. I came back after 10 minutes later and she said its still not done and thats when she called Monica at the back and Monicas reply was extremely rude. As I already waited 15 minutes over the time it said it would be done Monica rudely shouted out that I should wait. Eventually, 40 minutes later they give me my food. Terrible service.

In comparison to the Quality of the way they prepare their meals is brilliant. Versus all the other outlets of Barcelos in Centurion. Staff is Friendly and Understanding. Still no Trading hours on their outlet though

Very poor quality food for what you pay swarma is like a lump of mush prego roll is a flimsy old bum with a piece of chicken a quarter of the bun size, hardly any sauce and two onion ring pieces it is day light robbery. Very dissapointed

Bought Thumbs up meal which comes with a garlic loaf. Its one of the reasons we buy the thumbs up meal. The loaf was stale. The butter did not absorb due to staleness. The bread was burnt. Could not go back to return it. Very disappointed. Pictures of bread and receipt on record.

Sometimes you are lucky and get nice food. on a bad day the chicken is dry, but still tastes good. the garlic bread is extreamly dry, so stay away. the rest is oki.
