If there was an option for a negative star rating, you best believe I would use it right now!!! Ive ordered from so many Nandos franchises across the country and this has to be the WORST. Had to wait an entire 2.5 hours for a simple order to be delivered (and it never was delivered) just around the corner. When the store finally decided to answer my calls I was told oh the driver ran out of petrol so were sending someone to help him. Id already lost my appetite at this point and canceled the whole thing. I hope you can at least keep the promise of reimbursing me my money. To say I am enraged is an understatement really

Most franchises have a dependable taste between branches so not much difference I would say, but the location is convenient and service is normally efficient

Poorest customer service, if you value your money dont use them. They dont care at all if you wait very long for your food then it comes with items missing. They only prioritize drive-thru, everyone else dont matter, especially if they dont see you in store.

Ordered from here again because after 3 years of not eating nandos I finally received good service only to find out it was a one time thing, since ordering again the experience gets worse and worse and frankly I will not be eating nandos again thanks to this branch and the service I received, not only did the food take an 1 hour to make but it also took an hour to be delivered only to find out it was the wrong food, absolutely disgusting to get raw chicken and the to make things worse it had no flavour and I ordered extra hot, and the burger was 2 cm bigger than a kiddies burger for R159 is not worth it at all.Definitely do not advise anyone to eat here r probably taste the food before paying and leaving

Did an Uber Eats order tonight. Took them 2 hours to prepare. If they are launching a half price special on something they better be ready for it and not be this ill prepared.

Absolutely bad experience. Had the chicken strips, veg and rice. Rice was not cooked at all well, it was very hard. Chicken was completely undercooked and the veg was completely raw. Think they forgot to cook my meal. I had the drive through.... will never go there again.

I made a telephonic order when I got there, my food was given to another client and I had to wait for my food to be prepared from scratch - Trying to avoid the queue led to me waiting and seeing that arrived after get their food and leave. I was told that month ends are too busy, hence they were taking too long to prepare my food as the original order was mistakenly given to another customer.

Im giving a low score because I ordered a full chicken with 4 sides and I only got 3😤😭😤😭😤😭😤!! I shouldve checked before getting home but I was in a hurry .😭😭😣 they left out my favorite side!! I ordered online and selected the kerbside collection option. I waited for an hour outside (at the Kerbside collection parking point) and no one came trough. I had to go inside to collect, the lady who was helping me was so rude. She did not even apologize for the wait since my food had been ready for a while. Mxm worst service ever, really disappointed.

One of my orders was incorrect, and I only realised this when I got home.When I drove back, staff members were apologetic and friendly, turning what was an annoying experience into a pleasant one.

Never had chicken livers that tasted so good at other nandos. The till lady explained everything, all the staff is super friendly they follow protocol to the T. I live in Sandton but the service here and food is amazing. Well done Edward and team you guys made my day 🙂

We ordered 2 x boujee bowls yesterday afternoon and it was horrible. There were only about 3 mielies in the boel and no rocket. The rocket was replaced with normal cut up lettuce that were gross. Very little sauce and no basic salt on the rice. Overall inedible and gross. Why is the Nandos standard not followed with your boujee bowls???

Drive-tru experience is not cool if you only checkur order at home. This thing of parking on the waiting bay for well done chicken is not OK. I know the order was not recordered accordingly by the staff but its our mistake as custormers not to check the slip and prices. We ordered Mild half chicken well done with the other meals.

Really disappointed - we went there today and bought full chicken and 2 sharing sides (chips and rolls). When we got home, we found that we were only given 3 rolls instead of 4. And also the chips were half filled. And we were also not given the sauce/salt sachets, but lots of serviettes😏😕. Or do we now have to request for the sachets? I wish fast food patrons can stop this habit of getting the orders wrong, especially takeaways. I mean we use our hard earned money to buy the food, and it would be appreciated if we are given value for our money.

Went for lunch yesterday. The most disgusting service ever. Drivr through staff was impatient, she lold us we are wasting her time. The chicken was boiled and immersed in a lot of gravy. Today we went to Eldoraign and the meat was real, tasty and friendly service.

Not a great experience for me today. If the place was busy I could maybe cut them some slack but there were very few people which leads me to believe that they simply dont much care about sit down service. Its always a bad start if your food arrives before your drinks because your waiter forgot to bring the drinks in the first place. It makes it worse when you then dont see the waiter till he suddenly appears again only when the food is brought to the table. Then the order isnt complete and you have to wait ages for them to make the food they forgot. All this in the sweltering and uncomfortable heat because their windows are locked and they wont open them because someone in the past has climbed through the window instead of walking around to the door. Awesome so now everyone must be punished. Which doesnt explain why the air conditioning system was off. To their credit they did turn the AC on when we asked for it, but why have it at all if you arent going to use it. Despite all that the food was good but we werent given cutlery and we had to go looking for a waiter to get some. It is the little things that make or break an experience, this was just a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I really cant recommend this place to anyone and I wont be making a return visit anytime soon.

Used to love Nandos, but they have become extremely expensive, and service is average. Will rather spend my money at places offer better value for the price.

This is my second time ordering from this place and I must say its the worst ever. I always have to wait for two hours before I can get food. Kerbside orders take so long, you have to get inside and actually fetch the food yourself

I have ordered a meal for delivery at 18h41 at 20h01 the driver called me to say I must come and collect my order at the gate of my estate as he did not have his drivers licence to entre the estate. I thought it is a delivery I pay for but now I must collect my order. I have gone to another take away an order and collect my order in 15min. Will never use there delivery service as it is no service. I called the store but they do not pick up there phone. I have called the Got beef with us number no help, Then I have called the complaints department no service. Well done Nandos !100% for bad service.!Now they asked me for my details , and I have sent it but still no reply.

Very disappointing, I ordered a vegan and chicken boujee bowl. The vegan had 2 skinny slices of halloumi and very little corn and red peppers. Not the usual servings. The chicken boujee had 2 skinny slices of halloumi for an additional R15.00. I basically paid R130.00 for rice and 5 pieces of chicken! I am not a happy customer. I have phoned customer care and waiting for a response. My order number 976

The Rooihuiskraal store is a shame for the Nandos brand. Bad customer service, cold food. Waited 15minutes at kurbside after checking in 3 times. Not once did any staff come out, eventually went in to get the order myself to only find rude staff.
