The service was a bit slow to be honest. But the food was prepared quickly and the food was delightful as always . Parking is also situated very good and close to tge entrance of the kfc. The drive through is also quick and reliable for a quick snack or dinner collection

Waited almost 40min to get service through drive through during peak time only to get 3 things wrong with our order (Drink flavor, missing spice and missing chips). I tried to phone directly after and no one picked up. Use the first order booth please, the close proximity of second booth and collection does not allow for a smooth flow of orders in drive through.

Fresh and tasty. Gave me chilli salt extras without issues. Ill drive 2 minutes extra to come here just for the service

Food still great. Covid makes it impossible to sit down and have a quick bite inside. Take a ways still great though.

Hate coming to this kfc, service is terrable and thy skimp on portions, old ads still up then they refuse to honor the special. I only get takeaways twice a year then they ruin it for you

Awful service... Ill stick to Rooihuiskraal. The other night they gave me 8 small dunked wings and 2 big ones. Only noticed when I got home, I was too hungry to take them back.

I come here often for lunch, I visited at least 12 times now and 11/12 of those visits my order is wrong, I just ordered 4 items of which 3 items were wrong and I didnt even receive my drink.Absolutely S*** service.

KFC is always q great meal. But lately the chips are dry and starchy. The wraps have become pitiful with more lettuce and sauce than chicken.

I had to go buy something to eat but it was late, I got lucky because they helped me. I really appreciated it !

Staff were buzzing nicely, and sought to handle the peak time efficiently.

See they now have KFC phone app to order and collect. Staff was helpfull. Service was ok. Had to turn around to collect a tea spoon for my mash and gravy.

If you enjoy KFC I can recommend this one.In my experience, the food quality tend to be quite a bit more consistent than several other KFCs in the area. Quality of service do tend to fluctuate quiet a bit though. That said, I havent had an outright negative experience at this outlet yet.

If you are hungry and you want to eat, go there those people they are connected to electricity

The service was slow and after waiting a long time we were given an alternate product because the couldnt make what we had ordered. And to add insult to ingury the replacement we received could have been baught at Pick n Pay for a quarter of the price.

I just got my order from kfc and took off. When I arrived at my office, I noticed there was 1x piece missing from my box meal.

I orded wrap box... hot wings where as old as old can be... Is like they where dragged on te floor as they where black on the side

Service ok. Products not so great! Twice Ive been served not so tasty zinger wings and snack burgers. The packing (brown bag) has quite a bad smell.... maybe its the recycled paper..

I loved it. The staff are friendly. Covid19 precautions followed. I am satisfied with the look and feel of the environment. I dined on and didnt have an issue. I was working on the road so I charging my laptop was crucial and KFC catered for that.

Terrible service, waited for my dunked wings for close to 20 minutes, and when they arrived they were so dry, no sauce and I only realised this when I got to the office and my lunch was almost over for me to turn them back..

Worst service ever. They gave me my food without a serviette, salt and tomato sauce. When I went to request they only gave me tomato sauce with an attitude.Im never wasting my money there.

We ordered via Drive-through.. We received only 2 piecesof chicken instead of 3...Chips and Nuggets were very dry...when complained to the Manager she admitted that the food were pre- packed due to a busy lunch....We will NEVER go there again....

A good quick takeaway. You can easily join major roads from this fast food outlet. I was just let down this time by the softserve ice cream I bought my daughters, they all had a soapy taste to them 😔, so we had to throw them away.

The food sucked. The chicken was very dry, asked for drumsticks and thighs, Did not get what we asked for. There was 1 piece of chicken that was not dry. Was my favorite KFC to go to. Not anymore.

Its an okay establishment. We has to order via drive thru which had a long que, probably because of a high volume of cars, and we had to wait for our food in the parking lot for longer than usual, which isnt really that bad but can be inconvenient.

Arrived at the drive through at 18:30, tried to place an order only to have the staff member rant about something over the intercom and then abandon her post. Finally gave up waiting for her to return, and drove up to the collection counter, once car in front of me picked up their order, simply to be ignored. Eventually got some service, kinda, just to be informed that all they had was wings. Next time I am driving to Nylstroom, a 3 hour trip that is faster than these pathetic people.

Honestly I used to love it here but my experiences lately are not pleasing at all. And most stuff here dont have customer centricity at heart. Always no chicken or chicken will only be ready after 15 min like really rush hours are hectic yes just the way you tackle them is important. No happy with the service at all.

Items were missing from our order and it was not the first time.

Cant understand the quality of KFC and false advertising thats going on, Im used to the giant burgers being advertised and coming out a morsel, but advertising a box meal, which I understand to come in a box...Have a burger, chips, mash, and wings, all of the box meals are the same, except for tonight when ordering a bbq box meal and only receiving a burger and chips, which in fact came independently...No shame KFC
