Food was fresh and preparation was fast. However the hot wrap tasted like mild. Staff adhered to covid protocol and were friendly.

The service is good, and I liked the roast vegetables and spinach. I gave the chicken a miss as it is politically delicious with lemon and herb mild, and very hot tendencies.

Well displayed menu on the drive-tru, excellent service , covid regulations well adhered and the meal was made to perfection.

Quick service at drive thru. Sunday after 5pm.Normally you wait quite a while for your order, BUT the cashier pushed our order as we were in a hurry, even being scolded by his colleagues for rushing them along, he was still very friendly and moved like Flash! and got our food to us quickly.Food was tasty and fresh, servings were slightly bigger than when we ordered via Uber Eats.Thank you for the great experience.

Second time round, extremely slow service even though an order is placed on the website for collection. Waited long despite ordering on app. Asked for extra sauce and cashier said I must check when order is brought to me. She was lazy to put in the request. Order didnt have extra sauce, so had to wait again for that to be added. Nandos app doesnt allow special instructions, only plastic cutlery added recently. Struggle as one needs to call in extras like sauce

Wish I could give negative stars. Whatever you do, do not buy from these people online! They literally took money from my card and did not place my order. Had to pay twice and they refuse to refund the first payment, denying that they received the money even though my bank confirmed that they have (and even after having sent them proof on my statement). Trying to talk to them on the phone and email is proving to be a waste of time, as they cannot even be bothered to reply to emails and their calls always prove to be unhelpful. Serious regrets, worst experience ever. Theyre totally unprofessional.

Service was very slow, my observation was shortage of team members. Drive through was worse, got to leave DT angel get inside but same.

The area in which the restaurant is situated is tranquil and one can truly relax because of the natural scenery of hills and trees.Its a family orientated by virtue of the store availability and safety of cars and child-friendly facilities.

Service took forever. I had to remind them 30minutes later that I was still waiting for my order.

We ordered a takeaway today and when we got home we saw they never packed our 1 side... we stayed too far to drive back... it just wasnt worth the trouble .... please double check the takeaway orders going forward to make sure the customers dont pay for items they dont receive. This is how people loose business...

A 1/4 Chicken and a hotpot I bought around 12:50 today wasnt as tasty as it was supposed to be or as usual. The chicken smelled of a weird cooking oil or some paste which smelled expired and very dry. A colleague bought 1/4 chicken with rolls and complained about the same unsavoury smell.I had to throw away the chicken. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮I can bring the leftover chicken from the bin if needs be.(ONLY POSSIBLE FOR AN HOUR BEFORE REFUSE BAG IS COLLECTED)

Dont visit them on a rainy day via the Drive thru you and the interior of your car will be soaking wet

One of the few Nandos outlets I am able to sit and eat. Spacious and able to wait for the family while they are busy with shopping.

Apart from usual good Nados taste , for me and in this Corona era, very low customers was very important, we ordered calmly and had our lunch in a quiet place, staff follwing protocols veryclosely and respects cuustomer cleaness as well

Ordered online, and got a message to come collect my order at 18:40. Its now been an hour and I dont have my order. The ladies who are packing the orders are either too busy or cannot work efficiently. I asked about my order and they asked me to wait. I have been waiting together with other customers and none of the staff have come yo us to even ask for our order numbers or to say how far they are with our orders, or if there is some sort of problem. This kind of service is really bad, so thanks but I wont be coming back to this branch. Turns out my order had been ready and laying on their counter all that time and none of them bothered to check. So now I get to give my family cold food, thanks Penny
