Service was good n fast

I recently visited the branch and ordered a family pack, but looks like they just threw everything in the packet, sauce was leaking all over and chips were stale. Overall presentation deserves a 4/10

The service is very very poor I ordered and waited for my food for 1hr I was so disappointed

I have had it twice now, once from them and the garlic loaf, meat, relish & pap is awesome.

Im so disappointed about the service I received today 04 March 2021,I went there place my order pay and told the cashier who was helping that I will come and collect before 7pm when I knock off, when I went there to collect my order was not there no one knows about it except the lady who helped me had to drive to another Barcelos the one in Rii4 Im so angry the lady that I found there told me to come and collect tomorrow how can I collect my order for today the next day 😔😔😔😔

Lekker food & well cooked meals.

Now Im sure you guys understand why we dont want our Chicken cut into 8. We somehow got a chicken that happened to have 3 drumsticks and one thigh. I will never buy from Barcelos Forrest Hill city again.

Barcelos Forest Hills is always nice spot for me to feed my stomach and the friendly staff tops the appetite. Very nice place.

Ive had Barcelos before, not at this branch. I can tell you that the standard of the food was definitely not that is should be. The chicken was tuff and the chips cold. There is definitely room for improvement on the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff. I cant recommend them. Go to KFC.

Used to think all barcelos are the same till I started buying from Barcelos Forest Hill. Today is for the second time buying burnt meat from Barcelos Forest Hill. At first I thought it was a mistake but alas it seems like their way of doing things. I feel like l have been robbed of my money. Am very much disappointed with their service. Will stick to the Barcelos in Pretoria CBD and Jean Avenue Lyttelton and stay very much far away from Barcelos Forest Hill.

Went to forest hill to barcelos for lunch after a hard days work..to my sorrow we waited forever and a day for our meal then when it arrived it was wrong then got the right order but ice cold sent it back twice and still cold by then i ate it as cold as it was whilst my wife waited and waited for hers to be warmed when i had done eating my wife got her meal but by then she had lost her appetite..we asked for it to be a take away..the container couldnt close it was broken and had had rice in it which we pointed out but was told its only rice ..the cashier tedius was very apologetic and kind.. compliments to him for his service, however NO go area again..disappointed to the T.

Great place. Tastes like the old great tastes. Sure beats madeira mall barcelos which is tasteless

Better than the one in Wonderpark Mall, where the meat sometimes is like not fresh. This happens normally during the week.

I placed an order at 14:08 and the at about 15:30 my order was marked as delivered but I did not receive my food. Very bad service, there wasnt communication at all.

Not worth barcelos name, food quality is very bad, chips tasted like it has been rotten for sometime, staff is just following monotonous routine they do not care if they have customers or not, A big thumbs down

For the 3rd time now Ive been receiving a poor service at Barcelos never again.... Raw rice burned meat salty relish 😔😢 everything on the plate was awful after waited for a long time

Burgars were nice. However, we were short of a cooldrink with our takeaway meal. Also the regurlar chips was more like small chips. So double check your order

Food is good service is ok

I ordered food for delivery, however i recueved the wrong flavoured meat. The boring part is I bought the food for my visitors and I couldnt return it. There is a big room for improvement, please take your staff for training. Im very disappointed, how can one not understand Lemon and herb flavour and give me mild peri flavour. The meat looked like it was cooked the day before😡

Service was not that much up to standard like what resturant offer. Cashier no smile very serious look. The food ddnt take time & was v delicious bt no child chairs of which I have to eat with my baby in the lap. I think if they improve of de cashier & make it child friendly is gng 2 be de best resturant & for heaven sake have glasses for drinks

I bought a quarter chicken meal with a friend yesterday. today we are both feeling sick the same way. We have stomach pains and are feeling nausea. after some research we found out there was no electricity at the mall the whole weekend.

Food is deliscious but the place could do with some cleaning. There was plastic cutlery and serviettes strewn on the floor
