We received such great service at On 19. The event was a small wedding lunch and we were treated like royalty. The manager and waiters were so helpful and even isolated one section of the restaurant for 3 hours and we were only 6 people. Really made a special day super special.

Went for one of their 1On19 dinner events! Absolutely outstanding! Cant wait to join for as many as possible in the future! And have to mention that view!!!! Wow

Didnt enjoy the service but the view was incredible and the food healthy but overpriced.

Took my wife for the package for 2 spa and dinner treatment for her birthday. This makes the restaurant worth it. Food was good and well presented. The restaurant wouldve been expensive if it wasnt for the package. Waiter was friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They added a few extra surprises for my wifes birthday also. It is a quite restaurant with a bit of a hotel feeling though.

Spectacular view, great atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food!! Really a wow experience!! Ideal for a special occasion - best for dinner so that you can have a view of all the city lights.

Our family of 6 had dinner at On-19 (The Westin) to celebrate our moms birthday this week. The service was excellent (Jonathan), with the exception of the HIGHLY recommended honey glazed duck breast which two of us ended up ordering based on the endorsement. This was undoubtedly the MOST tasteless meal I have EVER eaten. Furthermore, Ive tried to get hold of the restaurant manager (Peter) to provide feedback on numerous occasions to no avail. Calls either get dropped, or I am told hell call me back tomorrow. Most disappointing.

Restaurant on the top floor of the Westin. You have great views over the city and Table Mountain. Its not an open terrace so a good options for chilly nights.

Enjoyed my time great meeting place

I decided to treat myself & my wife to the dinner for 2 offer that is bundled with a 45min massage. Everything about our experience was great besides the dining. Apon arrival the restraunt was fairly empty, besides a big group sitting together in one section. After being seated we waited about 5 min before our waitron arrived, this surprised me & I was slighy annoyed. Our waitron never offered me wine list, this was also surprising. We ordered drinks & then ordered the starters for our 3 course meal, my wifes duck starter was abit dissapointing as it was more of a salad, the dish was definitely not described this way on the menu. For mains we ordered the lamb & beef dishes, these were both excellent & I polished my plate. We then ordered dessert, after a few minutes the manager then walks up to our table to explain that the chocolate El Freddo dessert is no longer availbe due to the big party having ordered all the deserts. I felt this was entirely unaccepta@ble as we made a booking in advance & any restraunt can make reasonable assumptions about what they would need to keep in stock. Especially if it is your only chocolate dessert. The manager was rushed when he broke this news to us as this party kept him running up and down the entire evening. My wifes second choice dessert was a white chocolate dish, sadly this was dissapointing. Having eaten at fine dining restaurants thats booked full and deliver excellent service I feel On19 has a long way to go if they want to play with big boys. Our dinner was about R1000.
