Fast, efficient service. The Stacker Meal is always enjoyable when time catches me and prepping a meal just isnt going to cut it. Guilty pleasure 👉Milk tart milkshake. Totally bloated afterwards but its a once in a while kinda treat😉

Delicious burgers and chips,friendly staff waiting period 15min,covid protocols are adhered to and the drive in isalso fast however be prepared to wait on weekends as queens are long as its t best burger joint in the area👍

Food was quickly prepared after I placed my order. The venue wasnt the cleanest though as some tables werent properly wiped with the sitting area at the top particularly messy. Id recommend them to prompt their staff to attend to this and clean regularly. No complaints over the food though.

Not crowded at all, surprised me to note staff took the opportunity to chat to eachother and ignore in-store customers , until we complained.Soda fountain some flavours only soda water , disappointed no ice available.Wifi passwyord on till slip not working.Left as soon as we finished eating as atmiws sombre not even any music in playing in restaurant.

The service was terrible. Waited 20mins to order and there was only one person in front of me when I arrived. The staff focus was on the drive through and the delivery services while forgetting about patrons inside the store.

We went through the drive thru and the service was so fast and good. I would definitely be back as soon as I am In the area again.

They did not open on time. We had to stand outside untill they decided to open.

Not too impressed with the service. The drive-through was slow (not much cars, but they all waited long for food). The person taking my order asked me to repeat it 3 times. When I eventually paid, I had to pull into the road and wait for my food. I didnt feel safe waiting for my food in the road with homeless people begging on each corner. I dont think Ill be going to back there. Id rather go to a different Burger King.

Absolutely terribly service provided by the manager no less.Shocking how she speaks/ shouts at customers, no respect either.My fiance and I went there on Thursday night to get quick and easy food instead of cooking.It was not easy, when we came around to the payment counter is where the problem started.we paid for our meal and waited for 5mins before the cashier told us that even though it says approved on her machine they have been having a problem and we need to swipe again should it go off twice they will refund me, so we did. But the second time wasnt enough for them she then asked me to pay a third time which I then asked to speak to her manager to understand whats going on. When the manager came she started shouting at me for not having my phone with me now she cant prove it went off (Mind you we had just come out of load shedding my phone was dead) I asked her if her drive through machine is not working and you said you will refund me then let me come in and swipe as there was still 20mins before closing she then proceeded to shout at me and say oh no my bru I will never let you come in why Dont you go get cash, so I asked her what if Im not back in time. At which point she then said shame I will close when its closing time and not wait for you.We decided to go to another Burger King instead.The next day I came back with my phone and my banking app open so I can get my refund which was promised, she then told me I need to get a bank statement to submit it to her so she can do her cash up.I cant just make up my own things.Now I need to go there a third time and Lord knows what she will say this time.Honestly worst experience ever.Burger King Lansdowne has no customer service and personally I think its tarnishing y he name of Burger King.

The BK Fusions are so much better than the McFlurries. Just the right amount of chocolate sauce to complement the ice cream. I also enjoy the Nacho Loaded Jalapeño Fries but I wish they made a bigger portion size. Keep up the good work.

It is a very Busy Burger King, suggest franchise owner ensures till points functions especially during peak trade time. Last night wasnt pleasant having to wait 30 minutes to have order taken due to only one till point. What makes it worth the wait is the food. Piping hot chips and fresh burgers.

There was only 1 person at the till, the same person packing in the food. So if you in a hurry you will wait to place your order. She is good and looks like she is working at her best. However not much man power assisting her.

Probably the best BK in Cape Town. So far they never messed up any of our orders, burgers are well done, staff is very friendly.

They actually follow COVID 19 preventive measures which is awesome, serving lives.

Ordered using uber at Burger Linfield Turnbull.Waited almost 2 hours for my order. Called manager and he couldnt give me a reason why we had to wait. He promised to get back to me and never did. Called the store numerous times,manager refused to answer the call. This is one of many times we have to wait for ages for an order and delivery. uber guy also rude

Drive through is always slow. They onion rings I received was old. Like from earlier on during the day which they just warmed up.

An food item was missing, the store couldnt afford a delivery of the missing item, yet expected me to drive back to collect missing item.I was surprises at the smallness of the burger, we choose , the picture reflects a much larger item.Dont know if I will go back.

Arnold and Anthea of Turfhall branch is very professional and this Burger King is highly recommended. Had a bad experience with another branch wont mention it but their burgers and staff and the drive through is super friendly even when I was working in hes way at the drive through window never complained and co operated professionally. When I was done working I bought a Whoppa meal and it was devine and I enjoyed it a lot and they switched me over from McDonalds. Thanks guys see you soon again 👍🔜🙏😁

I ordered loaded fries which were definitely not loaded. Could you please give it a more appropriate name. Maybe touch of cheese fries? Or hint of cheese. The cheese burgers came without pickle. I sent email to given email got response that said. Your query has been dealt with and closed. Not even a message that says, sorry about your bad experience. So please dont expect any positive result for any queries from burger King at that email.

Bought three crispy chicken burgers for my kids last night and what I got was burnt chicken burgers. Not what I expected from Burger King turfhall road. The rest of the meals were ok but seems like with everything else in South Africa the meals get smaller but the prices stay climbing.

This store is the only one in the surrounding area of Athlone, Lansdowne. The nearest store after this is Ottery or Cavendish. Having said that this store obviously is full quite often as it has to cater for so many people. I would recommend going into the store rather than drive thru as chances are itll be quicker in the store however with covid I would suggest drive thru. You just need to have patience. Food is good however a bit on the pricey side especially if you upsize your meals. But I will say this Burger King is far better than McDonalds

Getting out of the parking lot is a nightmare.

Did not like to speak to a Box when placing order. Otherwise service Ok. Hated the Gassless Pepsi in the cups instead of the Bottled Pepsi for the Order. Burgers we enjoyed

This place is absolutely horrendous and completely unprofessional. I have been waiting for over an hour and 24 minutes just to be met with my order being cancelled. Ill never purchase from this store again and Id advise others not to either!

So this burger king didnt impress me. While they were busy with our order, they were constantly having unrelated conversation and it took such a long time to get our order ready, and ultimately forgot one of our drinks. They didnt even give us a fork for the chilli cheese fries. Such a mess! Poor service.

My experience going here is always bad. The service is poor, customer engagement the worst and absolutely no love in my meals. Drive through and exit lane are squeezed so tightly cars cannot exit of drive through is occupied. Got my drink order wrong. Payment window was closed missed cars. What a mess
