We needed to service some of our windows and we got Denzil to come and give us a quote, after we accepted the quotation, we tried to get hold of him to finalize a date and time but he was always unavailable, he would then message and call on a day and say they will be there that day at a certain time but we had to go to work so it wouldnt work , tried to get hold of him for about a week and he wouldnt get back to me . Eventually my husband got hold of him and he was quick to get the job done. Even the people who installed and serviced our windows were rude. We will never use coastal glass again . Worst service ever

The constant communication/updates always had us at ease. The installation was done very well and neat and were very happy with the result! We then ordered a new window frame from them with a tight deadline and they delivered the product a day after payment was made. I would highly recommend them!

Appointment made with Denzil to come and quote to repair a lock on our stacking door but unfortunately he never showed up for the appointment.

Excellent Customer Service! We had the miss fortune of having a dove smashing through our office window. After 1 call, a consultant was sent out to do the quote/assessment and after quote was accepted the window was replaced SAME DAY! Keep up the excellent service!
