Horrible from the moment I drove in...Manager didnt even acknowledge me only greeted once I shouted hello through the glass office..Then the tint was so poor craftsmanship...The manager never checked on the work.. Dirt stuck inside the film on glass.Tint doesnt cover the whole window, air bubbles a total amateur show.They got me to sign everything before even showing me the work done..If I didnt check myself Jonathan the manager was more than happy to have me leave with dirty windows smudged hand marks.When asking the worker if she is proud of her work she said Im not the tinter..I recall calling to book yesterday & them telling me that they dont do tints. The manager then called back & said no we can do it.. No we can do it!When I pointed out he didnt even check the excuses were nonstop.Wasted my time no remorse..Unprofessional & treats customers like we lucky to have this service we paid for..The tint looked like a 4yr old did it.

Service is great and friendly, just a little bit upset that there is no stock available for the window I need to replace and no ETA.The lady who helped me was very nice and said she will try again and follow up with JHB

Incredible service! The only negative is, their number is linked to a central call centre and took forever to get assistance for a booking to fix my car window

Went in for a chip repair. The manager or whoever he is was just super unhelpful. And in todays time’s- couldn’t care less wearing a mask or having any hand sanitizers that I was able to see.Went to Sea Point branch rather. Helpful. Friendly. And did the repair very quickly!

Couldnt supply what I wanted but gave me helpful advice that solved the requirement.

Was quoted R1400 to replace a quarter window but got it replaced for R500 at another place , way too expensive .
