I was assisted with an Insurance claim by Carol. Carol ensured that a temporary plastic window was installed and then rushed the required parts so that I could go away on holiday with my vehicle.Throughout the process Carol was an absolute star and had the vehicle turned around in no time at all.

I had a little chip on my windscreen, that was there for over a year ,15000 km. Even bad gravel roads did not worsen the chip. I ask them to fix it (seal it) and 5 minutes later my entire windscreen was cracked. Now I have to replace the windscreen. I just hope it was not intentional, because the immediately wanted to replace the windscreen with my insurance.

We came to PC Glass with our reservations, because we were expecting to be turned away, since most companies we have encountered are only willing to deal with a set number of generic situations (eg. left front window needs to be replaced etc.), but this is one of those times where I am happy to be wrong. We had a very specific, out of the ordinary situation, and the staff at PG Glass had no problem in tailoring to our specific needs in a friendly, professional manner. Our problem was solved in half an hour, and we were on the road again.Our thanks to EVERYBODY at PG Glass Stikland forgoing the extra mile to keep a customer happy. Just dialed the national call centre number on the website, no answer after 4 minutes. Looked up your listing on Google for Bellville and called the number. I ended up going through the national call centre, this time someone answered, and I got transferred, but again, after 3 minutes of just ringing, still nowhere near speaking to someone at your Bellville branch. I will now call your competitor.

Id give 10 stars if I could!!They handle my entire claim for my windscreen. They kept following up and giving me updates and once the claim was approved, the fitment was quick ad efficient! 2 thumbs up!!Thank you for great service!

Waited so long to be helped, really annoyed by how much effort it takes to drive in and out of the store/company. (BUT) I fully understand that they are in Voortrekker Weg, which equals crazy traffic, ALWAYS. Other than waiting very long to be helped, it was okay. The service that the 2 gentlemen did at my house was so good. They were super friendly, but professional. So much that I even offered them coffee with a smile. Really good service.

Parking was horrendous with very limited bays and very narrow room to manouvre. Went in for window tinting on my new car and upon collection discovered a fresh scratch on the rear window. I would not recommend using PG Glass Bellville at all.
