Assistance from sales person (Alison) appreciated in sourcing a windscreen for 1973 Ford F250 and quoted within an hour. Various companies contacted but anser do not stock. EXCEPTIONAL service received, price very good and installation on time as arranged.

The worst service rendered ever. I am sorely disappointed in their work. I was told to clean my window on my own. The window was badly fitted in the first place and the fitter named Oslan ,or something like that, didnt apologise and hastily just left to go home. Was told to come back the saturday and they still looked clueless as to what to do. The manager which is Sylvia didnt bother to pitch on the saturday after assuring me she would be there. All they should have done was tell me they wont be able to fit the glass and i would of taken it elsewhere. I regret coming to the place. I only trusted them because i used their services at a different branch in Saltriver, which was worthy to be called 5star service but they had closed down. I would not recommend this place (elsiesriver) to anyone, they are unprofessional and unapologetic of thier incompetence. I have much more to say... but i am deeply disappointed in this place it has inconvenienced me completely...not deserving of even one star

This place is a quark place. My windscreen was replaced and when rain falls, my car start leaking water. People should beware and be careful doing business with this organization. They are cheap, at the end of the day their services and customer experience is bad. Far worse than I ever expected. Brought my car here multiple times and they cant fix the damage they caused.

DO NOT GO..Should rename business Comeback Auto Glass..had windscreen fitted 2 wks ago,14th Feb 2020..washed car in the week and leaks through.Management WILL not help,after been told by staff job will be on system.They refuse to honour job promise and 1 year quarentee after 2 weeks.told to pay Again for them to check their shoddy workmanship..Read the reviews and take note!!!!I suggest all clients short changed by this company lodge complaint with ombudsman as Ive just done..They need to be held accountable.

Their service was splendid when I brought my car for broken quarter glass replacement. The prices were the most affordable, task was carried out properly and timeously while I waited. Id definitely recommend them to anyone.

Good pricing and friendly sales staff over the phone, however the process is a bit confusing and stood around for a while until I had to ask someone to get the job going.Many fitters standing around but no-one seemed to be in charge...

Very poor quality of workmanship and after sales service. Had glass fitted, now its leaking water through roof. Misplaced my receipt,now they do not want to fix it even though I paid via bank card and have bank statement to prove it.

Worst management and attitude I receivedObvious factory fault on glas but management says no it a special car and they will charge 10% handling fee. To make matters worst is I have to pay couriers as well there and back because of there wrong glass.

Very poor service they fixed my window and told me not to open it for 48 hours but when I opened it after 48h was not opening went back for them to glue it, they said I should pay 300rands
