MCK have a shop that is very central to Table View/ Parklands area which is very convenient. However, I found them to be expensive and they cut my glass incorrectly. It was out by quite a bit and I was unable to use the pane. They werent very helpful or friendly either. Sorry but cannot recommend. MCK I sincerely hope you up your game substantially, Ill give you another try but that will be it.

We had to have a small broken window replaced, I phoned MCK and from the lady that answered the phone to the guys that sorted out my problem they were amazing, would recomend them. I am so impressed and grateful to them. Thank you.

Blown away with their exceptional service from beginning to end! I called to have a window replaced and was asked for my address to give a free quote. Within 30 minutes someone was there to take measurements. 15 minutes later I received a quote which I accepted. Within an hour thereafter they were there and job was done. Asked for a 530x520 sheet of glass, got a 534x529 piece, bad on me for trusting that theyd get the measurements right, now Im stuck after 6pm with no glass place open.

Great service. I provided the seal and windscreen and they came to my hose and installed. At my own risk of coarse. The gentleman noticed I had a small crack in the corner of windscreen and did his best to install the windscreen without causing further damage.

MCK Glass fitted a new windscreen on Friday. The review mirror was not secured properly and fell off when i touched it this morning. I went back there this morning and they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do now. Shocking customer after sales service

Extremely poor service. Owner came to inspect car for a quote and did not provide any response for 3 weeks. When I phoned him to find out what the situation was, he told me that he had forgotten and would send the quote as soon as possible. Its been another three weeks and he has not given me an answer
