Restaurant has a good vibe, staff are helpfull and have no complaints. Food is consistent with other branches of RocoMamas.

You just cant go wrong with rocomamas. I had the 2 burgers for R99 and absolutely demolished both of them. They always leave you wanting for more!

Update:Cerise & Kelby from Greenpoint Rocco Mamas has been so tentative to my original experience and I believe the fault was not with Rocco Mamas and rather a once off experience that may have been negligence of the bolt driver! They have turned my experience into a very pleasant one and Im very grateful for excellent customer service!Original:Ordered through bolt app, ordered almost 2hrs delayed, called bolt driver (he said order not ready yet). Called Rocco Mamas about 6x and no answer!!! Pathetic service from both in my opinion!

The meal was good. We had the specials which was good value for money. The background noise was unpleasant which meant it was difficult to communicate with my family.

My experience wasnt great but the food was amazing. Reggie served us and was really good but was alone and had too much on his plate. This definitely impacted the experience. Food was delicious and came out quite quickly after the order was eventually placed. We were satisfied. Definitely going back for the something schweet special on a Sunday from 4p to close. 2 milkshakes and a waffle sandwich. Looking forward to it. Hopefully theyll ha e more staff on duty to make the experience more pleasurable.

My husband and I decided we going to have a bit of everything. The waiter was very nice and accomadating. They were fairly empty which I loved (reason why I go out that time of the day) service speed was fair to fast. We had the ribs (it became my new favourite), buffalo wings had a bit of a tang which we loved, bacon cheesy chips and burgers. We ended up taking the burgers home cause the ribs wings and chips filled us. I love that we can see out car from where we sitting. Parking over the road. Overall great experience. Although you have to yield to get a table is worth the wait, just wish you could place your order while you wait so when you get a table you just dig in. Friendly staff, variety menu with alcohol beverages and covid 19 regulations are properly observed 👌🏼

Worst service ever. Ordered food through bolt food, some of my food items werent delivered, the driver said he didnt have it and the RocoMamas supervisor said it isnt their problem, I must take it up with bolt, if you didnt give the driver my full order then it is your problem and not the poor drivers issue. Rubbish service. I paid for food and didnt receive it, Will never support you again.

This a a nice RoccoMamas. The staff were friendly and the service from them was good. The kitchen was a little slower than other RoccoMamas that I have been too, a little surprising as it was not all that busy. The burgers were worth the wait and the milkshakes were also good. They have a liquor license so if you want something a little harder than milk you can get that too

My lifestyle was accommodated, and the energy in the space was great. The staff was very welcoming and accommodative towards are queries, concerns, and our preferences. There is a game I cant seem to recall the name of, and that made the experience even more warm and fun, especially if you have good company to enhance the experience.

Very good , friendly service. Did have to wait a while for the food but it was quite busy, the food was worth the wait. I like the personalized menu choices where you can mark off what you want but I do think there needs to be a more sustainable way of ordering that wouldnt impact the environment with using individual paper menus. Is the paper recycled paper and the ink biodegradable? If not it may be something to look into. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced.

Food is always good but the service i received today was shocking. Wrong order and then to try and get your correct order is a joke.But the quality of the food deserve a 5 star.

Food is phenomenal, the burgers are one of the best i have tasted in town. The ribs are very good and full of flavor, they could be tender, but for a place that specializes in burgers, they were very good. The milkshakes are excellent, wish there was a wider selection of tap beer. Staff is extra friendly and very helpful, will definitely go there again

Really great choice, with some of the best milkshakes I have ever had.The burgers are delicious, very well prepared with sauce and fresh toppings.The fries are cooked to perfection, I found portion size to be adequate.Milkshakes are probably my favorite item on the menu. I would love to see larger portion sizes for the milkshakes in general. I really do love their milkshakes though.Definitely a solid choice from Ubereets. I really enjoy their food and recommend ordering from them.

What a unique venue. They have a fantastic burgers and beverages for relatively cheap. The blueberry milkshake was delicious and the waffles were over killed, my sister and I shared a full portion and we struggled to finish it. My only gripe was that the ice cream was completely melted when it arrived at our table. My friends had burgers which looked great. The venue is clean and the staff are really friendly. No zapper or snap scan.

Wow awesome vibes evening started off with my lil Bro getting a free shake coz he passed his matric so if you passed your matric be sure to make a turn there youll get a free G-shake but have proof tho ID and results. Also not sure what the waiters name was name tags would be cool but anyways he was awesome so big ups for the service, wings was lit & burgers and G-shakes was amazing aswell and not to mention the Jenga game was crazy fun

It took me quite a while to make my first visit to this popular chain of restaurants and I completely regret it. I should have gone sooner! The food is so good it could make up for pretty much everything. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because as the night got busier we received less and less attention, but overall it was great.

This place is just different and unique, from the energy of the staff and the vybe the establishment has. The way you conceive your own burger according to your desires makes it very special. Abundant in portion, the large chips are so enough that it gets to 3 people if necessary. It is always a very nice experience to be there, I strongly advise to you all. I feel in love instantly. The place is neat, energetic, great for kids and couples and for groups of friends tables can be arranged too.

I’ve eaten at Rocomamas branches in Jhb,DBN and CPT and this is hands down my favorite.Have ordered from here three times takeaway and the food is consistently excellently prepared.My favorite is always the chili cheese bomb burger (vegetarian) and swooping out the bacon for mushrooms. Highly recommend this combo.The burger is nice and saucy and the chilies are also really potent (which is my favorite part).The chili cheese chips is always a good potion of chips with the right amount of cheese sauce and chilies ofcourse.The staff are friendly and it adds to the pleasantness of the overall experience.Will definitely be back :)

The food here is really great, I got the Cheese and Bacon Burger with a side of cheesy chips 🤤 ... Our waiter, GLEN, was awesome and knowledgeable and he really went the extra mile to make the experience perfect 🌟

Customer service is great, very friendly staff too.The ambience is lively, clean and fresh.I do have a complaint about the meat of the burgers tasting as if it were not seasoned, but I find that the same for all rocomammas franchises, although other items on the menu are really flavourful and a good treat for the family and especially for the kids.

What an amazing experience. My family and I desided to try the pink bun burger and were fortunate enough to have Lesley as our waiter. He gave us excellent advice on our starter options and even helps the gents find the perfect beer to have. Compliments all round. We will be back for waffles!!

UPDATE: Manager Kelby went out of his way to put this right...Terrible experience @rocomamas green point last night. ordered on Uber Eats (also shockingly bad). took 1h15 to arrive, stone cold, wrong order. Tried to phone the restaurant numerous times, number just went straight to voicemail. Tried to contact restaurant through uber eats app, only to find that they were already closed, at 20:30, just 15 mins after receiving my cold and incorrect order. NEVER AGAIN, rocomamas or uber eats. Shame I cant leave zero stars, one star will have to do.

Whether you wear a big piece of cloth around your face or a mask-shaped cloth does not make a difference. Asking me to place an order outside and wait there because of the shape of my mask is not acceptable.Too bad Rocomamas, you might have lost a regular customer.Especially the hospitality industry cannot afford such ridiculous behaviour towards customers in these times.

Good food with a good atmosphere. Service was fast and food was great. Would definitely suggest rocomamas green point to someone craving for a burger. Prices are competitive. Had the bacon cheese guac and enjoyed it thoroughly. Portions are good.

Today I decided to try out the new sit down lock down rule relief and try out RocoMamas Green Point.As always the food was great!I liked some of the covert 19 protocols in place and staff sanitizing EVERYTHING. Well done.There is always room for improvement, which could be fine tuned with some more manager and staff training for a more personal experience.For instance instead of a waiter opening your drink you would rather do it yourself.In regards to the arrows you need to follow for safe distancing. I would recommend that it does not go past the area where the food gets prepared and placed on the counter.Staff to keep there distance from each other and not huddle up where guests need to pass through.All in all it was very refreshing to be able to sit down.Good luck to us all.Stay vigilant.RocoMamas, I will see you soon as my mouth still waters for those chilli bombs and other great dishes.
