Large telephone order via WhatsApp that was ready within 15 minutes and so super helpful and friendly when we came to pick it up. Even checked up with us on WhatsApp afterwards to check if we were happy with the food. Amazing food and service.

At the store as we speak manager Jeffery and staff saying due to loadshedding they can’t make certain stuff like burgers or sandwiches, manager Jeffery sithole comes and tells me they are not taking orders kind u I drove for 30 minutes to get to their store now they tell me they can’t serve anything question is why is their food open ?????? Why can’t they close if they know they are not selling and are out of food ?? Here it begins

I am not satisfied with the standard of their quality, old oil really chicken licken and its a first. Dont become KFC!

Received a portion of stale chips and a portion of fresh chips...Exchanged the chips without complaints and we were given extra.Normal yummy fried chicken licken chicken.

Ladies servicing there are great and friendly. Chicken is fresh but the spicy one is full of salt so opt for normal fry chicken.

I have low expectations at fast food outlets, but the staff here have such a vibe. Super friendly, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Situated on the Main Road where theres easy access. Staff beautifully uniformed and very neat. Always pleasant and eager to assist. The food is great and always prepared as fast as possible yet still perfect.The place itself is always clean even on its busiest days.

It was great, I havent had chicken licken wings in a while, and they made my taste buds tingle with joy. I also loved the fact that they maintained the original flavor.

I was so disappointed with the service that i was offered with Wynberg Chicken Licken staff,i requested for a breast on my meal and she responded using her language saying, awuzoyiva meaning you not gonna get it, not knowing that i speak the same language as hers,...that was not professional!!!!!

Came into the store to get a Family Full House 6 and Hotwings Party 16. Was asked what choice of 2 salads, I responded with Achaar and Tomato Salsa. However, to my surprise, I get home to find I was given 2 coleslaws instead 🤦🏾‍♂️. I would have given a zero-rating just for the inconstancy of their staff.

I absolutely LOVE Chicken Licken and have been getting their hotwings since six pieces cost R6.99. This branch however is the first time I visited and was rather disappointed as firstly, I did not receive the mixed top/bottom of the wing, only the top joint section. Secondly, they neglected to include one of my meals in the order and I had to phone, sort and collect the following day. This has never happened at any of the branches in all the years I have been supporting and enjoying CL. I hope they up their service as the branch is conveniently situated for me.

It is one of the nicest stores that i found in Cape Town.I came accross this store whilst travelling the area.It was a pleasant find since i am formally from Durban and enjoyed the chicken licken brand.It was a long yearning and i finally got to enjoy their meals once i found the store.The staff and management seem to be a wonderful team that are customer centered and a very pleasant team.We enjoyed the foods and the hygiene control.I would recommend them to others especially Durbanites.

It was shocking to see the lack of social distancing and covid protocols. The sanitiser is inside at the counter instead of entrance. Several people just walked in and did not sanitise. No one told them to sanitise first. The staff frequently take off their masks while flirting with people standing at the counter. Touching their face and masks frequently. Most of the staff masks were at the chin at mouth not covering their mises as well.
