The idea of throwing a whole slice of bacon of top doesnt make the flavour nice! Its affordable but quality was not the best! Service was great

The pizza was nice, but.. NO social distancing. Client even squeesed in between me and my child to get hold of the menue. There is absolutely no control what social distancing involve. No sanitizing of counter in between customers. Ladies are friendly but the telephone ordering takes so much of their time that they can hardly focus on clients needs inside the store.

Worst pizza ever, tasteless, rubbery, and over cooked.Made the wrong pizza basis gluten free, such a bad allergy Hazzard!!!!Will definitely not recommend celiac or gluten intolerant people to dine here.

Their service is not of the best. I called to collect, waited an hour and a half for the pizza. Even forgot what i ordered because everyone else got helped. I gave 2 stars because atleast the pizza was good.

Very slow. The online order says collect in 15 minutes but it takes 45 minutes. It would be nice to know the real time to avoid standing at you shop for 30 minutes waiting. Staff also look confused and under trained.

Service was slow, took the woman 5min to take my order, and she told me it would take 30min but i came back after 45min and it still wasnt done, and when we got the pizza, the base was burnt, but toppings was nice though.

Useless with delivery. First time waited 1.5 hours and 2 phone calls later only delivered. Tonight 2 hours, no delivery and 4 phone calls later.. I expect to be refunded and contacted by the owner.

Always LOVE coming here! Easy to find. Surrounded area is not always the cleanest but staff is friendly. I usually phone them beforehand and place an order so when I arrive I can just pick up.

The only place we buy Pizza. Even though we have to drive to the other side of town. I have to say something about Andile behind the till. That man can multi task! Taking orders, taking payment, answering the phone. He just goes with out stopping. High 5 for Andile!!

Always gives the order in time. The stuff there are wonderful. There is no enough space to order and eat in the store, it is for own good to order online and have the pizza delivered to you.

Food aint bad.. Service is lacking. Went there 3 times and all 3 times my orders where wrong and had to wait an extra 15 min by which time the other pizza was almost cold - REVIEW - So this week i was contacted by not only the Romans H/O to apologize for the inconvenience, but most importantly i was phoned by the owner from his personal line to apologize and set matters right. its easy to get the staff to phone a client and apologize, but when the owner phones it means he cares about his business and clientele. Could do better. Ordering system should be improved as 3 times in a row the order was either not done or wrongly made. Pizza however not bad.

The pizza is always good. Yousomtimes wait too long for your pizza and somtimes they forget your order. All and all not a bad place to get a quick bite and when the power is out Romans Stellenbosch is still on the go.

I got exactly what I asked tor

I placed an order telephonically and thus, had to go fetch it and pay for it. When I arrived there were about 6 people waiting for their pizzas before me. Even though my pizza was ready and I made it clear that I had come to pick it up as discussed they disregarded my presence. Eventually I got my pizza just for their card machine to run faulty during the transaction. Karin was assisting me in paying for my pizzas and her reaction was acknowledging the problem (The machine is faulty) and walking away from me without saying anything else and continuing with the other waiting clients and assisted them on the other computer. After 15 min I tried to grab her attention, asked her nicely to please put my pizza back to reheat, and try and do my transaction on the other computer. She took my pizza and placed it on top of the heater (so it didnt actually heat up) , and carried on with the other clients. Not saying anything and in no rush to actually help in the matter. After another 15 min, my cold pizzas and I could parted with the stupid machine and horrible employee- Finally. I dont recommend them at all. So much for customer service - even at a basic level.

Strands Romans pizzas are always supper fresh. With great taste . Pizzas bases in thine basic are thinner than the average Romans and we love that.

Their service is not the best and pizzas are inconsistent. You will also wait quite a while for your order, so be prepared to wait. When they get it right, it is warm and delicious though no matter the type you choose.
