Nice drive through. Their milkshakes are decent and they havent been out of ice-cream yet since Ive been going there for the last year.

No problem with our food quality but rude service from the cashier. Didnt even greet or acknowledge us and shoved the card machine through the window while jabbering away to her colleagues, one of whom who looked like her supervisor. Apparently other people had complained about this but nothing has been done about it. My message to Macdonalds middle management....do something about it!

Got my breakfast order wrong two days in a row.Yesterday, no cheese on my sausage and egg McMuffin.30 minutes ago, no egg on either of the sausage and egg mcmuffins I ordered.:-(There is no option for customer care on the website.

I just spend R197.80 from McDonald’s Plattekloof, but look at the quality of the bag! The whole bag torn almost in half while I was walking upstairs and all the food spilled out! Just wasted my time and money to ruin the whole meal!

This used to be my favorite McDonalds to go to even on a Friday evening when the queues are extremely long.Lately I am finding the staff can be extremely rude especially through the drive through. They dont listen and get short with you when you correct them.Wont be going there anytime soon, McDonalds is is not worth the mood altering experience.Today is the 26 August 2021, its raining outside, and I thought let me try again and guess what it happened again, I order on drive through, the get the order wrong and the effort to correct is mine even though I raise it when collecting. Very disappointed.Everytime I have been to the drive through my order has been missing items.Its most frustrating as I then have to go through the drive through Again.It has happened on several occasions and I will no longer be frequenting Mc Donalds Plattekloof. 😡😠

Needs improvement, staff a bit slow in drive through. Last visit I drove off with a big mac in a Veggie box and no large fries as ordered. Had to return and one of the ladies assisted me promptly and apologized for the mistake. Thank you.

Always open when you have no where else to go to get food, including Xmas eve.Never had any issues.Great location and parking if needed.

Always busy, long ques but the service is quick at the same time...

The self help machine as you walk in is basically useless if you want to pay. 1st side card machine doesnt work, but you only know after youve ordered. The other side doesnt even have a card machine. Be quicker to go and order at the counter.

Disappointed, twice in a row I ordered spicy nuggets, came home n it was normal nuggets, after the inconvenience of driving back they then say they out of stock. Very terrible

Burger was looking good but the chips was on the low side mean little chips they just need to work on that as you pay for a up size and chips is always a issue but I am giving 4 star coz I didnt see a well stacked big mac and all in one peace. no stuff falling all over the place.everything on the burger was in place the best so far on the burger side bit disappointed on the chips you can do better on that

Why did you just stop delivering in our area. Now we cant order from any Mc Donalds you excluded the whole burgundy are aincluding us in De Zicht.

Just went to buy some lunch. I ordered the Grand Chicken Spicy and when I got home it clearly didnt look the same. So dissapointed with Mcdonalds. Clearly they are cutting corners and their service is no more. Wont go back there again. I knew I made a mistake when I decided to try Mcdonalds again compared to Burger King (never any complaints there). Best to avoid this Mcdonalds and visit Burger King instead.--I went back. They offered to give me a new one. The staff member refused and demand I pay again. Pathetic service. Worst McDonalds in the country.--Today again I got the wrong burger. Seriously? This store is messed up.

Not Happy with counterhand that prepared the Vinnila &Caramel Coffee it was cold and Vinnilla Coffee disnt taste like Vinnila Coffee had a very burnt taste Chips was also cold .

I usually prefer coming to this mc donalds as I never really have to wait in a que and I can do the self service machine. There has been a few times were my order has been wrong but the staff sorted it out no problem.

A much better experience since the addition of effective self help kiosks. Good use of tech

They didnt have 2 of the things we ordered and paid for and then offered to substitute it for a lesser valued product.Only once I asked for a refund did they offer something of the same value and one extra to make up for the inconvenience..Its very important for management to rectify the problem to the best of their ability first time around. And make more regular stock replenishment orders to ensure all products on the menu is available at all times.

Was not a good experience. Had to drive all the way back just to go and pick up my daughters nuggets. You wou think if you order a nugget happy meal you would get nuggets but no.

The tables are clean and each table has its own sanitizer available. COVID-19 health and safety compliant. We go grab a quick bite there every time we go to past them for business. Kudos Team!

Not too bad but started to notice that the staff seem to close the restaurant very early. Went there around 18h30 the other day and it was closed...

Staff was laughing so much in the background, had to repeat the order twice - not really a problem but they didnt seem to take much note of us. Got a big mac with no gherkins, wasnt informed on it and so much old lettuce on I had to take a handfull off the burger and even then the burger tasted bland. Just disappointing to be honest .

Well apparently you can not give lower than the one star. Even zero would be too good. Do not go at night should you wish to order food because your day was hectic and you need something to eat. Customer service is atrocious. Quick to refund for services not rendered but at that time the person still preparing your order is STILL ignoring you. No hello, order is slightly delayed or anything of the sort. Closed window and zero communication.Lovely customers though who allowed me to go to the front to state my case. My face has always given me away so I guess it said she hongrey and they didnt do her right.Do right McDonalds. No point in the friendly lady taking orders and payment if the rest of the team drops the ball.@Macdonalds: I did state redund which means I did NOT eat your food. Please dont come at me with automated responses. Thats no way to deal with customers. Shame on you.

The place is neat and they are very friendly

I would just like to highlight a few observations whilst ordering food at this establishment:1) Uber eats get helped first2) Burgers had pickles and onions on and i asked to have no onions or pickles3) Staff don’t keep their stations neat and tidy - this is the third visit where I have observed this in a space of a month ( photo shows serviettes on the floor )4) I waited 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers

Horrible service, always forgetting and getting orders wrong, you order large you get medium, you ask for extra sauce they forget it, seems like they like robbing you. This has happened couple of times and it happened again today. The food taste stale and fries seem old most of the time. Rather make yourself a healthy snack at home, you really really need to be drunk to eat their food.

The last 3 times I was there I ordered a medium Cajun meal and on all 3 occasions I received a delicious burger, but the chips and drink was large.

Person on the drive through was very rude.

Short tempered staff.Never has toys, only books.Closes at 7:30pm when other Mcdonalds are closing at 9pm at the moment.Couldnt redeem vouchers.

I visited this store wanted to order 4 meals and was told by the manager there is a issue with water pressure and cant provide the standard drinks that comes with the meal. If i wanted other drinks i needed to pay more for them but will not be given a discount because i will not get drinks with my standard meals???

The chips were cold. Coke zero and Big Mac Burger were perfect.

Always good fresh food

Went to get 2 Cajuns burgers with extra patties and 2 medium coca colas (1 was a meal), we tried our drinks and its was horrible, tasted diluted, Im guessing soda machine was running low on syrup. Got to our burgers and we found a long strand of black hair on top of the bun! Couldnt have been ours as we are both brunettes. Really sad about this because we are regular customers with this exact order and never had problems before.

They have a long way to go where it comes to implementing proper social distancing and requirements for customers when entering the premises without masks.
