Today I had the worst experience at a Burger King ever. I repeated my order 4 time before they got it correct. The staff gave us our food and forget our coffee. When I asked for the coffee it took them a significant amount of time to bring it. A staff member stood and smoke right in front of the door. There where 9 staff members sitting and eating at the dining area. The dining area was a mess. I would not recommend this Burger King at all.

Orders double mozeralla. Gets a bacon king. With raw bacon....

Found that online customers seemed to be given preference over in store customers. Also wet signs not placed out while mopping happening but after completed.

Great service but would even be better if they had a few tables available to munch at. The centre court is always full and no place to enjoy your meal.

Food was good but the service as with all fast-food services is another story. Job well done on giving a diabetic normal Pepsi after asking for Diet Pepsi 👍

Meals are good but there us something wrong with your softdrink dispenser. Offer bottles as an alternate like other places.

Ordered via Mr. D but didnt get my fries with my medium meal even though I ordered it and was charged for it. Not impressed

Please stop blaming Mr Delivery when orders arrive short. We ordered via Mr D because the card machines were out of order. Our order was short delivered and after 2 hours of telephone calls our two missing burgers were delivered. The driver told me that hed been waiting for 46 minutes for another order. We were told to collect the burgers and I refused as wed already been and were turned away. Service is shocking at the best if times but tonight was the worst ever.

Not a happy prince today. The machine was out of order, cool drinks were very warm and I am not sure why burger King kept on selling meals when they were unable to deliver. I am sure the consumer protection act covers us. Plus major long lines and staff are not supportive. Spent/waisted R264. We enjoy burger King, maybe they should learn from the one in Lansdowne.

My dad went to burger King in Cape Gate last week and ordered the 2 whoppers burgers for R60 and the person taking the order told my dad that he could only have one beef and one chicken and could not have the same. Which is absolute nonsense. I called the contact center and I was formed that its called mix and match so you can have 2 beef or 2 chicken burgers. So my dad had no option to take a beef and chicken. Please train your staff appropriately as this is very bad service.

Ordered a plain burger with no sauce and no garnish through Mr. Delivery, however when the order arrived it was covered in sauce and garnish. Totally inedible pile of garbage prepared by incompetent staff. The chips were cold on arrival and the burger was ice cold. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating google allows.

Awesome speedy service, Food was fresh and warm.The cool drink collection a counter could use abit of dry every now and then.

We placed an order with Mr Delivery.As the delivery guy stopped at our house he said that Burger King Cape Gate does not have milkshakes. We placed an order which included milkshakes which costs extra. The manager was shouting over the phone and said that we must pay in full or we must return the food. I am beyond shocked. It was only a R15 difference and they made such a big deal out of it. Why must we pay extra money for something that we will not receive?

The apparently medium sized fries at Burger King. They charge you R18 for a tiny packet which is clearly a small packet. Ridiculous robbery.

They open at 9am but had to wait 15 minutes infront of the order booth before receiving communication. Then the card machines are faulty amd the amount loadrd is different with every try. Very unproffesional staff with no communication skills. Blaming the system instead of trying to do their work. Not wasting my time there again.

Tonight they were better than our last visit. Previously we left before we even got served because they had no urgency of taking orders. The kitchen were actually waiting to start preparing something.... Rather go to the drive thru across the road.

Yeah, they USED to be good. My last four visits over a number of months showed how mediocre this branch became. Cold burgers after waiting really long, no serviettes given, no ketchup or mayo sauce given for your fries, and speaking of which, the whopper has become so dry with very little sauce or flavour. What a bummer.

Wont waste my time going there. They missed our van at the speaker ,then the lady who takes the orders would not do so,then the manger wouldnt help,until he saw all the cars waiting. Would not waste R1 there.

Terrible! Placed a massive order to take home to Malmesbury. Half way to Malmesbury, our little girl asked for her kiddies meal.. And guess what? They never gave us the kiddies meal. We paid for something that we dont have.

My all-time favourite take-out. Service always friendly and efficient. Freshly prepared food.

Perfect place for a quick drive-thru & some great burgers!

Terrible drive-through experience. Burger and chips was cold. Chips where stale. Drink was hot, had lost all carbonation and no ice. Seemed as though the food and drink had been standing for a long while even though it only took 5 minutes to go through thee drive-though.

Hey where did the patty go. Burgers seem to get smaller with each visit. Good chips.

Terrible. Gave our whole order, and then the guy looked at us and asked us what do we want. I enquired the order on slip and they didnt even look to confirm, they just said its right. When receiving the order we checked if the extra sauce was there and it was not. I asked where it is and was told it is in the bag. I told them to take it out then, upon looking they found only one sauce. Will never go to this burger king again.

Burger King for mom and daughter day, fast service. The tables were cleaned emmediately after customers were done. The extra long chilli cheese is yummy 😋

I love the food at Burger King, but this drive-through is very slow. I dont think that South African franchises understand the concept that a drive-through is supposed to be faster than sitting in!

First time . Counter order . Chips were ice cold . Manager wasnt bothered about it . And thats my last visit there again.

Service always good, food always warm and place clean

I just paid R165. 80 for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. No chips in sight. Bought from the drive through so being alone in the car with my 7year old there wasnt time to check my order, when I got home, I opened my paper bag and saw 2 burgers. I ordered 2 meals that was suppose to have their own chips with and also an extra chips.... Cant drive bak now as its already 7pm and I have to get my son in bed after he ate and showered. Notttttt happy at all. I will keep the slip incase someone gets back to me, really hope so :-(Today is the 18th and still no one contacted me or apologized for the order that wasnt right, one should think that they would at least apologize. Pffffff

Had 1 bad experience here, ice machine wasnt working, they had no beef burgers only chicken - waited 20min for food most of the staff was sitting outside eating only 2 people working 1 in kitchen and 1 at the till. It was a busy day with lots of people

Not impressed. I had to wait to be helped while standing in front of 3 workers just talking. I had to come back to ask for cups, I then had to ask for a cup holder for my two drinks. After getting my food, they hadnt given me any sauce nor napkins. This trying to get their attention while coworkers are dancing around
