Well it was a very nice and chilled vibe...Had one of the promotions offered by our waiter Dimples, which gave me great serviceOnly thing that put me off was the fries order with extra cheese sauce and jalapeno...the thing is when eating that combination the chips and jalapenos should last through out the mealSo with that being said, I would have loved more jalapenos cause the fries isnt that nice when the jalapenos are done

Im a Peanut Butter milkshake fanatic and RocoMamas makes the best by far! My kids love playing supersized Jenga when we are there too. My favourite is the Southern style crumbed chicken burgers as Im not a fan of beef smash burgers.

Restaurant food and service was good but dont bother using their app to make a payment.Made a payment via the app, it showed processed and I received payment confirmation but I could not leave, they could not find the payment I just made.Rather pay via credit card to avoid problems.I am deleting their app all together and would not recommend it.

Had a great time over there. The staff are very well mannered they made me feel comfortable I felt like a regular even thou it was my first time, Im definitely going back nice to place to take friends and family.

Went there around 9pm to get some take away desserts. The restaurant had 1 visible customer. A waiter came to the door and I asked to see the dessert menu. He said they only do waffles for dessert , gave me the menu and went on his way. When I read the menu u saw the waffles and seemingly good milkshakes. I looked around to find the waiter but he was extremely busy packing a take away. I ended up leaving without speaking to any member of staff. There was guy outside with rocos uniform smoking a cigarette, Im not sure if he is a waiter or the manager on duty but guys, really? I have never eaten at any roco mammas and the quality of service really left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that if I do visit rocos again that the standard of service has improved.

Food experience was really great and the service was fantastic. The restaurant was pretty full but they kept social distancing going. Taking all of that into consideration, the food still came to us pretty quick

Awesome experience. Went there for a birthday celebration. Didnt even know they do birthday celebrations for the celebrate. The waiter was great and always checked on us. The food was delicious and quite a lot. Looked the fire ribs, and chillie cheese favoured chips. Value for money.

I am not really one to complain, but I placed an order on Uber Eats two hours ago, I am still waiting for my food. I was able to get through to the restaurant about an hour ago, and they said they were experiencing technical difficulties. Thereafter, no answer, no update for an hour. Then we just managed to get through to the restaurant now, and the manager said he gave the order to the driver an half an hour ago and still no sign of the driver. Its really not acceptable and I was unable to cancel my order. I wasted almost R500, this is theft. I will definitely not order from here or use Uber Eats again.

Burgers taste very good but we all got our burgers without our chips. Got my chips after I had already finished my burger. Table was not cleared often enough even though we were one of only three groups of people there.

First visit to this eatery proved enjoyable.meal : bacon cheese and pickle burger,small fries and a glass of house red blend were ordered.the burger and chips proved to be tasty..liked the toasted bun and pickled gherkins.Ambience: sat outside which was pleasantly warm;busy,yet service was friendly and prompt.10 min wait for meal.Value for money? Yes if you want a quick burger and sides.R160. with a tip to a friendly efficient attentive waiter.Meal was finished off with a single espresso.Will I go back? Yes to try their ribs

Fairly pedestrian fare. The ribs were OK and the shake was OK but nothing blew me away. The cheese on the fries was a powdery fake cheese sauce which I found quite horrible.

Good food friendly staff they lost one star coz they said we could move as soon as a table was available out of the wind and they gave it away to another couple. second star was that they were a bit slow on the service bringing through the drinks and food. i might go back there.

Took half an hour to take our drinks orders, then another half an hour until they arrived. Wine was warm. Only gin glasses available. Brought a beef burger instead of chicken. Starters arrived with mains. Your saving grace is that your food was delicious. Even so, I’ll never go back there. Pity.

Too be honest, Ive been waiting to order takeout from Roccomamas like in forever and went there last night the place was empty and got quick service, friendly , the help was great. I ordered the chicken wings nd fries nd the supposedly smash burger, only to find out that by eye, the food looked great , smelled great bt the chicken taste old, tasted like chicken that was made the day before bt they just kept it in the freezer.... as if i wouldnt notice....my kids ddnt even eat it coz they said its hard and oily! For my first impression it was a bust bt i guess Ill try going to another Roccomamas!!

I ordered a south star burger with the mrD delivery service and the chicken fillet of my burger was burnt. Not a good experience for a first time for me . Although my husbands mushroom burger was delicious.

I have never been disappointed when visiting a RocoMamas and this one is no different. Its location within the Willowbridge center gives you the option of getting some shopping done before you go and relax with a ice cold beer and a delicious burger.

What a excellent vibe!! Perfect for a night of good fun and great food. While some tables were playing Jenga others gatherred in groups enjoying the company. Unique order style. Energetic and friendly waiters makes for a very enjoyable evening. When ordering you can use your alias name and we even received our Take me home bag for the left overs. Food very reasonably priced and next time i will go back for one of those deliciously looking milkshakes or desserts😀😀

Its a public holiday. People are everywhere. Only 3 tables at Roco Mamas, why? Well I found out fast. I had the chicken burger with claw. It was so over fried it was dry. The onion rings came after we were done eating. Frys came in a basket with holes, the cheese sauce went all over the table. OK now the good parts. I spoke to someone in the kitchen, they will be doing the chicken shorter, they are having a problem with the onion batter that they promise to sort out. Atleast they have paper straws and the food looks like the pictures. My peanut milkshake was a heart attack waiting to happen - so delicious lol

Ordered a take away through uber eats.. just for them to give my order away and loose it.. never got my food and had to end up cancelling my order, wasting my time and the delivery man that had waited over an hour.

The service was good, and they have an excellent menu for casual dining, in a casual setting. Not a good place if you are looking for healthy meals, but a great place if you are looking to get full.

We sat for more than 10minutes before someone came to help us. The restaurant was not clean (see attached photos). Table adjacent to us remained uncleaned/uncleared 15min after the patrons paid and left. The food was the saving grace, it was good.

It is amazing how the same product is different from one restaurant to the next! Had the slow death by chocolate and while it was not as well made up as the restaurant in Stellenbosch it tasted a bit better! Service was good restaurant was clean so all in all a good time out.

First visit to this particular RocoMamas and definitely will be a repeat visit. Had a BaconCheeseGauc Smash Burger and some Cheesy Turbo Charged Fries. A Penaut Buttet G-Shake rounded off a perfect meal. Our waiter was accomodating and even brought our son some Jenga blocks to play with, the restaurant does not have a kiddies play area, not critical but keep in mind when dining with small restless kids.😉

On a Friday evenings it can get very busy especially with all of those Uber eats and Mr delivery guys. The staff manages it quite well and friendly even under pressure. 👍

Woah. Two weeks ago my friend and I sat down at Willowbridge RocoMamas. We were seated and our table was not sanitised. The waiter did not introduce himself either. We sat down for about half an hour and our waiter never checked on us. We decided not to get upset about it. We signalled another waiter who was kind enough to take our drink orders as well as our food orders. An hour passed and the family who sat down after us, paid and left. I decided to get up and look for the manager. I explained to him that weve been waiting for an hour and a half and other people have been served before us (mind you, all of the white people were served, greeted, sanitised, etc. ). I hate to portray this as a racial thing but really. Anyway, another lady came after an hour had passed to tell us that she is trying her best to push our order. We declined her offer and decided to pay for our drinks instead. Our initial waiter came to us annoyingly and handed the card machine without apologising. We paid and left. I hate to say it but they prioritised other races over us. When in fact you should be prioritising people. Period.

Hamburger was delish ... but I kinda expected the presentation to be as opulent as their famous milkshakes. Fries were generous but I prefer them a bit thicker.

Most pathetic service from rocomamas willowbridgeOnly person that greeted us is the door greeter.Sat down and waited 15min for service and nobody acknowledged us the waiter that waitressed the table next to us avoided eye contact so hard.We ended up walking out and went to the n1 city branch where we received excellent assistance.Please make sure your staff is trained correctly next time!!!

Wish we could give negative star ratings. Yesterday afternoon we used the app to place and pay for our food order. Long story short, they never got our order, it was processed again when we got there to collect our original order and two ours later we got our food and it was cold. We were not the only people who waited and complained. This place will NEVER see us again. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. The Durbanville branch is great

Value for money. Alternative sauces to rocomayo would be a great idea. The biggest NO NO is the choice and volume of music. I looked around and at the average patron (their age & dress). None struck me as being into heavy metal or heavy rock. The poor bose speakers must be positively ashamed....PS: the espresso milk shake was very good
