Hi. It is always a pleasure to purchase something there. The staff is lively and your shopping experience is a delightful one. The service itself is efficient and swift. There seems to be a lot of emphasis on teawkrk which is wonderful to observe. These employees are really dedicated and committed. I will be back soon.

Understaffed at times for the number of customers. The chocolate used for desserts tastes differet to the rest of the franchise.

Everything is okay except the manager. Siyabonga is rude and has the nastiest attitude. She is does not put the needs of the customer first, instead she always has an attitude. Such a Fail of a manager.
