You get what you want and customer service is the best

Only problem is paying. Less than half the tills are open. Lines are long and extremely slow, forcing people to stand shoulder to shoulder at times. Please rectify

This is one of that branches that make you rather go drive out petrol than to shop there why not operate like you use to this new business of one line two tills is a headache

80% of your time spent here is usually waiting in line to pay.

Place was dirty and cashiers having conversation with each other.when will staff learn the clients pay their salary by shopping at the store. But then again its shoprite , customers must learn to stand together and for one day not enter if they have bad service Im sure an empty shop would speak volumes against no sales🤑

Its for everyday convenience, you can all the stuff need to keep your house as a home.

The tellers at the pharmacy spend more time chatting about their personal business than helping customers. The average wait time is ridiculously long with 4 pharmacists/cashiers on the floor. Nolindo Mpanga would not stop chatting about jow hungry she was amongst her colleagues, pausing and chuckling away at their conversations WHILST DEALING WITH A CUSTOMER!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

I dont mind the wait, however once you finally get to the till no cashier looks you in the face, instead they have a fat conversation with one or more colleagues...there are many time when they forgot to ask if I want plastics and had to pay separately due to then not being focused on the customer.I used to work in this industry and I know they get trained on these things so it shouldnt be new to them. Smalls things count when dealing with a customer but this store does not have them.With my last experience the lady was to busy talking with her colleague, she rang 2 different items twice and I had to remind her to check cause because she was to focused on other nonsense.YOU DEAL EACH CUSTOMER AS IF THEY YOUR FIRST.Leave your colleagues. Smile. Be friendly. Be polite.Thank you.

Big shoprite...so bigger variety..

Shoprite - Blue Downs is always packed and full of long ques at month end, so you should consider rescheduling your visit to shoprite at month end.

Crowded.. trollies left infront of the till points than bump into before eventually get to the pay point ... not well organized and controlled at all.. however it is convenient for the working people due to the trading hours. .. just need some strong floor management

Its quicker and safer to go to Zevenwa... Mall than standing in the queue.

Very long waiting time.I got a 2 month expired juice and the store is always dirty.This is besides poor service and rude staff.

This shop is open till 9pm and had a pharmacy that is open till 9pm as well so if you really need to shop after hours it is very convenient. Shop can be a bit crowded sometimes though.

I like shopping at shoprite one of my favorite places.

Fast and efficient, products are well displayed on shelves, and clean, tellers are supper efficient compared to most I have been to. Management is great when it comes to customers complain and deli is just awesome
