For the umpteenth time in the last few weeks this store has opened LATE, not that I go there every day. This is one store that can benefit from training in customer-centricity, and more importantly, punctuality. Management seems to be pretty lax, waddling around the store with not a care in the world and this rubs off on the rest of the staff

They never have wt u need always advitising special s but never have in stock always running out of stock before the time

Its not that I dislike the place, its all an just moderate an mediocre, the interest of going the extra mile or giving or providing a service experience... Or to change there mind yes its a convenient store but that doesnt mean that the store an its staff is doing us (customers a favor)

Good and clean

Dont be in a rush to get to the tills because you will have to wait quite some time for the line to start moving (either not enough tills open or staff simply demotivated).The aisles are very narrow so be careful when pushing your trolley. I would advise shopping here if you really dont feel like driving further elsewhere.

Most products are reasonably priced and worth it. The service is ok. There should still be more till points opened during busy periods though. They make fantastic breakfast rolls here. Most of the items are easy to find in store.

A small and easy to shop in shop.

Very bad service, especially when branch manager can not seem to resolve a customer complaint. If a till operator makes a mistake, it shouldnt affect the customer, let the customers complaint be resolved immediately then manager puts her house in order after customer is gone. Sad enough branch manager told her own till operator to re emburse me for her mistake.

UPDATED 2021-07Due to the area and having a liquor store on the corner, any pedestrian arriving or leaving is mobbed by beggars/car guards. It is slightly better if you enter/leave the back way (where there is plenty parking) if you are on foot.Not a fancy store but not fancy prices either. Sometimes large or unattractive vegetables are offered at a large discount. Quality of fruit and vegetables often not very good. Meat choices limited and not good at all. Décor is a bit grubby but adequate. The Deli food is generally to be avoided, especially anything with sauce or marinade on it. Some of the sandwiches are basic and OK for the price.Aisles are not wide but adequate. Bakery is good, though do not expect to buy fresh croissants in the morning. It is a more basic, low-income type of store.

Its a great supermarket. Smaller than most places, but it stocks a good selection of products. Its hardly ever too busy and seldom had queues.

Well priced products but would avoid most of the meat products. Narrow isles which often have stock on the floors. The piped music is very loud and makes ones shopping experience unpleasant. To add to the aggravation the car guards are annoying and harass/bully female clients into tipping them. The staff on a whole are friendly.

Very affordable store with value for money deals and prices. Its not the prettiest or best but it will get you what you need -what you see is what you get.

3 tills open on a Saturday, 3 cashiers and one packer in the entire store. Management standing around cracking jokes while the customers stand in the queue for more than 20 minutes. Absolutely disgusting.

Fagmiah (Branch manager) is disappointing your store with her bad attitude and complete disrespect towards customers. Will never return to this store because of the way she treated me as a customer today.

Friendly staff, lots of free parking at the back but the car guards can be a pain. So for crying out loud please do the block up Victoria Road in front nor park on the bend into cassino Road. Nevertheless the shop has most items and products that one might need

The meat counter smells and is unacceptable. So is the bakery is unacceptable the way the shop is managed and the management they need a lesson in manners. The entire shop need a clean and a make over. Those poor staff member that sit by the door gosh thats were the managers should sit because there faces look frozen. And dont go draw money at Shop rite they think you doing them a favour.

Bought a quarter chicken and chips there yesterday, got back to work and settled down to eat. Roughly 30 mins later I started getting stomach cramps and you know what followed. Never again!
