Ive always received good service there tha staff is very friendly and pensioners get to enter the shop immediately

The lady who deals with customer service and the cashiers are always willing to help😊. In other stores if they dont know how to do a transaction they will tell you we dont know or we dont do it here but if you go to shoprite bellville mall you will get assisted.

Bad service and cashiers have no sense of time,had to break away for my lunch break and there was an issue with my package and without explanation they took my pack n just told me to wait,I ended up leaving CS I had to get back to work.

Cashiers are nice and fast , prices are good like any other Shoprite store

Very clean store and its quite big too as well as the fact that items are priced competitively. The Jumbo Pies are okay. It could do with a little more filling. Panini twists sold at the back entrance are nice but its better to have it heated when you get home because I didnt see a microwave there for that purpose.

I am not at all impressed. While stading in the queue I witnessed a male security guard smacking a lady to the ground. What is shoprite doing to protect women on their premises?
