Really enjoyed our lunch at Panarottis century city, the pizza was really nice and the staff members to, and singing the birthday song made it more special, thanks alot really appreciate good service ❤

Great pizza, lovely service. However we had to wait a little longer for the waffle but the waitress was kind enough to bring us an ice cream while waiting.

Bit of a late review but it is here now! All I need to say is make Valerie (think that was her name) a manager! Fantastic way of dealing with customers and the level of service was great. Half the battle is won with staff like that! Pizza was good too🙂👍🏻

I really support the call and collect deal as the pizza quality is really great and always value for money. Panarottis have really upped their game! Unfortunately in this instance it was the lack of customer care that really dumped on the entire experience. The manager or supervisor that deals with what looks like the Uber Eats orders and does the call and collect collections was just a ray of sunshine.... No tact, doesnt know how to talk to guests, literally, the entire process of collecting my order, he did not say a single word, no hello, how are you paying, is your order correct?, please enter your pin... He was just going through the motions and honestly paying my tv license was less painful and insulting. Otherwise, the food was great, cold and the pizza boxes squashed but good. Ill go back again for the special, not for the service...

Friendly staff and very convenient. Food is okay. Had a garlic bread style pizza today and I must say it was pretty good. We finished that pretty fast. The rest of the pizza was average not worth recommending.

It’s clean, social distance is maintained on tables and they are sanitized after every use. The service is amazing. Our orders didn’t take long.

Went to collect food for a MrD client.When I arrived at client the food was cold even though I had sealed my bag B4 leaving the store. Panarottis needs to keep the pizzas warm B4 drivers arrive.

I love Panarottis, especially for morning breakfast. Staff are always friendly and well trained. I love the fact that Panarottis added more to their menu. I love to go to Panarottis after I watched a movie as well. You dont wait long for your order. I recommend this place.

I hadnt been to Panarottis in years until I came to this branch during Veganuary for their vegan special. I was absolutely blown away and returned two weeks later for another helping! The staff is so well trained about the vegan options, so friendly and professional. The vegan pizza was absolutely delicious, and my non-vegan partner was also super chuffed with his vegetarian pizza. I will definitely be returning!I hope other restaurants look to Panarottis for an example of how to move with the times and impress vegan customers.

Went to Panarottis over the weekend. Service was okay. Nothing wow to say but also nothing bad.One thing they could have done better was my husband ordered the Blue cheese and biltong pizza. Only to be told they have run out of blue cheese....okay fine you have run out but you are in a mall where there is a Woolworths food that closes at 8, a Checkers and a Pick n Pay which both close at 9....and we were there at around 7:30/7:45....so plenty of time to run to the store and buy blue cheese. So like really....and trust me there were enough staff that standing around watching the soccer match so Im pretty sure one of them could have missed a fee minutes to go buy blue cheese.

This is the second time Ive ordered Panarottis on UE and my order has been canceled by the restaurant after 25 minutes (last time was almost 40 minutes and everywhere else was closed by the time it was canceled)When I called to ask why my order was canceled, the guy put the phone down on me.Its Monday, so I doubt the restaurant is busy - but if that is the case then dont put yourselves online for orders.

Very nice!! Always great food, friendly waiters and great service. If you feel like having pizza or pasta this is the place.

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. She was very attentive and we received our drinks and meals very quickly. Ordered the breakfast specials and they were both very delicious and cooked perfectly.

They were very busy but the service from our waitress Chantel was so good that we didnt mind the wait for the food. The pizzas were great and this is my and my wifes favourite Panarottis.

I recently ordered a vegan sub from Pannarottis. This is the first time I’ve ordered this from them and at a price of R102.90, I expected a decent size sub. However, what I got was the size of a hotdog bun with a few toppings. I am extremely offended that they would charge this amount for a product. Buying the vegan cheese and vegan beef strips are basically the same price as you would pay for meat and cheese, why would you exploit customers like this?

I was at Panarottis today and I am never one to complain about anything bc I know how it is to work in the industry. Today was just not on. The service was good but the food was really bad. I took the loaded fries with cheese and jalapenos - the chips was soggy and tasteless and the cheee sauce tasted like watered down cheese. Those sachets you buy at PnP where you mix hot water with the powder and it makes a cheese sauce thats what it was but it tasted more like water than anything else. Not even a knippie sout was added to give it some flava. I mean i remember when i was in Gr7 i used to make pasta with that exact same cheese sauce and it used to taste like water bc i didnt make the sauce properly. Panas is a well known restaurant who shouldnt have a problem with making basic cheese sauce. Any chef knows how to make a cheese sauce even if it comes in powder form. My main course was the sweet chilli chicken and feta pizza. I wasnt the only person who thought the pizza was underdone (a couple who sat diagonally from us sent their dessert pizza back bc it was raw) the cheese was melted but the base was literal bread thats warmed up in the oven. It wasnt crispy or even slightly crispy it was warm pizza base with the toppings. The only good thing from my experience at Panas was my hot chocolate (was so good!). I didnt complain to the waitress bc i know its not her fault and shes just doing her job but maybe the head chef or manager should check the food before it leaves the station.

Had the Wednesday special, eat as much pizza for R99. Pizza was delicious and service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you.

Cosy restaurant in Canal Walk located on the upper level next to NuMetro cinemas. Their specialities are Pizzas and Pastas. It is also a wheelchair friendly restaurant with friendly service and affordable prices. The only downside is that there are no restrooms in the restaurant, you have to go outside of the restaurant to use the cinemas restrooms.

I gave Panarottis a wonderful review the last time I was there however on 28 February we visited and was assisted by Monique. Please note it is unhygienic to DIG YOUR SCALP and pick your nose through your mask especially when serving food. She kept laughing when distracted and getting our order mixed up which she then decided to write down. I didnt find it amusing at all but rather unprofessional. Due to being in a group I hadnt said anything but found the lack of hygiene disturbing. My drink took quite a while and when Monique brought it she said she even forgot her drink because my drink had taken long wasnt okay its rude and disrespectful. Its not funny to talk about me to the table as if Im not there and FYI your patrons arent your friends so please be professional. The waitress was inattentive and kept disappearing for long periods of time.

Great waitron, fantastic food, attentive management, spotlessly clean with sanitiser by the door and perspex sheets between tables.Well done Ferai and Panarottis Canal Walk.

Buddy of mine recommended a sub from here and I thought if Im gonna get that I might as well get my favorite spicy pizza the AL CAPONE and I was not disappointed, not only was the food good, the service was good and the vibe in the place as well. Really looking forward to eating here again.

Panarottis is OK, more of a family restaurant. It can get quite busy. I enjoyed my meal (Basil Pesto Chicken Pasta), it was really tasty. The service is average. Its OK for a quick bite when youre on a budget.

Date nights are amazing with the Duo pizza. Two different halves which work for both of us - especially because he eats more than I do. 😅 always good service even when its full. The menu also has alcoholic drinks/cocktails and they also serve bacon.

The pizzas were very nicebut again the kiddies menu milkshakes with very small and they can put a little bit more of the marshmallows and sprinkles on topBut the pizzas and everything else were very nice

If you want a fresh, hot takeaway pizza, this panarottis is NOT the place to go. I ordered a click and collect special. When I got there, less than 20 minutes after I called, my pizza was COLD! The manager at the desk who assisted me, told me that they dont have warmers so when the pizza is done, it just stands on the rack, waiting. I wish I just walked away. Now I know, never to order here again. Sies.

Today was the most craziest and busiest days Ive had. After running all our errands my wife and I decided to have a bite at Panarottis. Man was it busy today. Our waiter however (Sibo) was one of the best waiters Ive had since Ive been back in Cape Town. She was friendly, always checked in on us and was completely awesome. Thank you for being such a great hostess!!! Definitely recommended to go, sit back, relax and enjoy awesome food!!!

What I experienced at Your restaurant was one horrifying experience I ever got. We waited to be seated for more than 20minutes and no one dared to come and help us. One thing I know in the restaurant business is that there should be always someone at the door to welcome customers and seat them to their preferable seats. Be that as it may, I was so disappointed by the manager who was sitting by the door area. He didnt even both to assist us, is it because were blacks thats the question I asked myself, feeling embarrassed we walked away. One advice I would give to the waiters and waitresses of Panarottis is to never judge a person by his or her appearance for you dont know who you will be giving attitude or ignoring. One sorrowful experience l got yesterday.

Service was terrible. I understand it was a busy day (public holiday) but you would expect a restaurant in such a big shopping mall to train their staff to handle the pressure. The waitress forgot what we ordered twice, had to be asked several times to bring the bill and attempted to ask us to just leave it there when our young one spilled some milkshake. Sauces were brought to us halfway through the meal and not once were we asked if we we doing okay. Had to even call her over for a refill. After all this when we paid she just ran off. No thank you, no smile, nothing.

Great place to eat. I love the pizza. Had chicken breasts and stir fry instead of the chips and it was delicious and filling.

Really could have been a much better experience. Waitron was not very helpful or knowledgeable & there was a serious communication problem...it was clear that there is a language barrier. The kids party we had was good, food was also good as expected. The ambiance seemed rather loud over & above the 3 kids parties that were happening.

I have had no complaints about the pizza here. Its always been good. The pasta however, is absolute rubbish! The meatballs tasted like its been frozen for decades. Spongy, flavorless and unpleasant. The sauce ws also nasty, and extremely acidic. I have not eaten any other pasta from here since.

What a bad experience for lunch yesterday that started with a 3 legged table. My wife told the waiter who just laughed about it. This is our second bad experience with this waiter Thandazani. Bad service with food we did not enjoy. Wont be back to this pizza place in Canal Walk. Hoping at least that table 37 will get it 4th leg for someone else to have a better experience and a change of attitude from the waiter. No need to tell me to log a call just fix the problem.

I came in, pointed to what I wanted on the menu and I was told it was peri peri chicken. I ordered for it as a take away. I got home to eat and saw it was completely different from the picture on the menu. I tasted it, it was completely tasteless, couldnt eat it, trashing it now.This is not a good experience for a first time customer like me. I am greatly disappointed.

Good pizza to be had here.We ordered a takeaway ham and mushroom pizza and it was ready at the promised time.There is an extra charge for an upgrade from standard to large and also for a wheat free base.The base was thin and crispyand the topping was ample.You also get free minced garlic,minced chillies and parmesan to go.Staff were friendly and courteous.Recommended.

The food was amazing,but when we came in the tables was still dirty and glasses,pizza crusts and papers laying all over the place with crums on the floor and we almost turned around but we ate our pizza and after we sat for almost 30min they only came to clea it up. So that was a little op putting

My homie who I went with gives it a 4 and hes very skeptical and slow to trust so thats quite the achievement. The staff look happy. I hope they are. We got a great booth seat and we spoke about high level stuff. Spiderman far from home is a great movie. Zendaya as always pulled her weight and more. Spiderman and Panarottis has a lot in common. Good family vibes. Usually 3/5s. This time both 4s.

Waitress was not really attentive got orders wrong, took her own time when we requested serviettes. Pizza banting base was burnt black. The chef had no gloves on when working with our food. When we told the waitresses she mentioned it to the manager who gestured being more annoyed with our complaint..... Would not recommend this branch at all

Its okay because the service want that great that I would recommend going there again .Perhaps if there is no other place to eat and if I am in a hurry I will eat there again; but would rather go downstairs and grab a swarma instead.
