Went there yesterday your burger wasnt nice not up to standard I Mentioned it to the waiter Karen but didnt get a refund nor replacement very bad service ..she took her own sweet time to bring the bill and the machine to pay then still has the audacity to ask wheres her tip Ill never eat thr AGN !

Worst experience everSitting here for an hour and still waiting for my food. Ordered my daughters food only to receive it with a hair in it.Have not even received our cooldrink after sitting here for an hour !!!!! Most pathetic place ever will definitely not be returning. Went here a couple of times, once my granny spilt her milkshake all over her food and they replaces her meal and milkshake, such wonderful staff, definitely would recommend coming here if youre looking for good food and service.

Great service. The spur chocolate milkshake if my favorite drink and it was extra yummy on my last visit to this spur. Lets not get into the wafflesI will DEFINITELY visit again. Im so glad this branch reopened earlier this year

The worst service. Dont even bother to call to collect. Orderd at 17:30pm when leaving from work in town gave them ample time to get the order ready. Arrived at 18:30 and Im still waiting for my order even after I paid. 19:35 2hrs later. Putrit. Pathetic!

First time I visited the spur I got raw meat. However I was brave enough to come again and yet again not good food. Today was the last. Omw my burger was so bad and the chips looked like it was old fried in old oil and the sauce was so watery. Not a happy customer

Slow service, made a phone order and waited 47 minutes but a woman who made 1 order over the phone and another 5mins before she collected her intial order, still received both orders before me... All the woman that was packing could say Im sorry mam, I only pack the food into the bags, I dont work with the orders....Wonderful hey

Thank you to Bilqueez for her excellent assistance on Friday and Saturday. I collected my order when the branch was already closed on Friday but Bilqueez was prompt and understanding. Unfortunately not all my items were packed when I got home. But once again Bilqueez was there on Saturday to assist me with my item, quickly and efficiently.

The food was tasty...ribs was tender...i enjoyed the waffle...service is a tad slow...but the food made up.

With an amazing staff complement who are always friendly and making you feel at home, and food that always meets our expectations, our family has made Wesgate Mall California Spur Steak Ranch our first choice of restaurants to choose from. During this pandemic take always have become the norm and we always seem to enjoy each meal as if prepared by the same person.

The service was phenomenal! There was something wrong with my husbands order and the manager came by personally to apologize and let us know the correct order is on its way. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Tonight I was not happy with the service. I was alone by the door firstly with waitress looking at me but no help,then I turn my back to read by the table and another woman comes to stand in front of me and waitress comes smiling to assist. I place my order and in slip its all right,then not sure if its a waitress or part of managers that was running and playing chasing games with another waiter. Same person went to check on my order and gave it. Just to get home after waiting a while for my order to find out half of my order was not complete.

It was said that it closes 9pm, came there just before 8pm and it was closed already. Utterly dissapointed, was looking forward to coming.

I was at your spur yesterday for lunch my husband and 2 kids the food was not fresh we are all in the loo houl night cramps and runny tummy I feel terrible I would like to know what you will do about this matter

Quite a pleasant place to visit as its a halaal store in Mitchells Plain. A good move spur could ever made. The issue is that they still need to train staff to be more customer focused and not take-away client focused only. I understand that the burger special this branch has for take-away is huge but no need to skip-off your sit in clients, they the ones that spends too dollar. But as I said.... still a nice eatery to visit.

I am very disappointed, I bought 2 take away combos at Spur Westgate mall. and my ribs we divide (400g divide by 2) instead of 400g each combo.Just imagine Im staying far from Westgatemmall, I cant go back and show them what they did.

Was a nice experience, staff was friendly and place was clean. My only issue with halaal spur in general is since the came back during lockdown the new 180g patties they use is TERRIBLE tasting, the sauce cheese and basting saves the burger patties disaster taste. I had the the new patty in Goodwood and stayed away from spur , then I had the 100gram patty at Grillco outside Worcester and it had the perfect spur taste, then I thought u changed back to old patty, then I had a double burger today at spur and tasted that horrible taste again. Forced myself to eat it. I will not be buying spur 180gram burgers anymore as the 100gram supplier seems different to the 180 gram , thank you

Bad service from the waiter. Did not listen when I put in my order. Food had to be sent back as it wasnt what I ordered. When the refire came, it was still incorrect

First and last. Rushed to order.... and Im not talking about the every 15 minutes desturbances of the waiter. Lady manager was more attentive than the waiter and most probably the only reason I still stayed. Ordered my meat medium and got well done. Sent back. No sauce on our table. Took sauce from another table and when a family occupied the table, I called the waiter (who is standing next to me) so that he can put the sauce back. Just looked at me and ignored me. Replaced food came and now its half raw. Chef just couldnt make it get it right. Once again, this is the reason I go outside of Mitchells Plain to eat out. We get poor service most of the time and we just have to except it.

Promised my child I would take her to spur on her bf which was tuesday only to arrive there and they closed due to loadshedding apparently. But there was no loadshedding tuesday here by the mall and surrounding areas. Swak!!!!!!!!

Very small space for a restaurant but freindly service all around. I phone ordered and my food was ready within 15 - 20 mins.

The service was shocking like the waiter wasnt interested.i asked for my meat to be well done it was still raw.the egg was suppose to be hard it had the shells on the yolk being runny.this was the first time i experienced such shocking service from this spur.

One of the best Spur restaurants i have visited, and the Manager Bevan really goes out of his way to make your eating experience enjoyable.

Went there for the first time this week, not for me. Food was great, however waitor got our order wrong more than once, overcharged us as well. When I brought it to the managers attention, he had such an attitude. Bill was eventually corrected, but surely one would think that you start with a apology and not look at your customers funny.

I thought you served a grade meat product. The ribs I had tonight was disgusting, shame on you. I was happy that spur gave the halaal spur another go in mitchells plain but it looks like you also following their lead with their disgusting food quality.
