Unless one really needs to visit many other stores in the malls far away, it beats me why would one drive more kms for a quick and efficient service when your local Vodacom just around the corner does just that and more.It was a hop in, hop out experience and my business for the day was done.Try them and see!

I would avoid this shop, you ask a question, then they do a quote, once a quote is done, they lock the system and you cant upgrade anywhere else...

First tried Vodacom support regarding a technical issue, needles to say after holding on for how long I was told they do not have a technical department to assist me. Then I phoned my go to shop, the Vodacom shop in Keywest. I had a question and was told I have to come in as they do not help with technical questions over the phone. Not going to bother as I can 100% guarantee it will be a waste of my time. Thanks for nothing

Keywest Vodacom, you can’t complain about the service you receive because there is no service. I went to the shop and applied for a contract, salesman said he would call me the next day to inform me if the contract was approved it has been two (2) days now and still nothing. Way to go Vodacom! Still no phone and no contract due to stock and staff making empty promises. What a Joke

Never liked going to this branch but its central to me so I go but this time I was assisted by Quinton. What a whizz kid! Service till you drop. And even afterwards, hes willing to help. Downside, hes leaving in Oct 2018 to go work elsewhere. Pity.

Ive never see a useless shop like this one. Thabiso booked in my phone on Saturday, for missing software and reload.I got a collection message yesterday, only to find out that they didnt fix it because of the pattern,now they cant book it in again, Tumi checked it and find out that they wiped out everything from my phone,and they said I should take it to midrand or four-ways mall. Im so frustrated about this matter.

USELESS,You call and get through to an answering machine that keeps on requesting that you choose an option even after youve chosen an option TEN(no exaggeration) Times, just the same as the vodacom website and customer service lines which are non-existent!!!!!!!!

Receive great service at Vodacom Keywest but give no stars for their repairs. So disappointed in their service. Were been on their contract since cell phones came out. Will not renew contract again.
