WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Went into Vodacom New Market Mall to sort out technical issues with my portable wifi. The staff members have the worst attitude. I have never experienced such loss in management and ignorant staff. There is a lack of pride in all of those staff members. If you would like great customer service support Vodacom Alberton City as they had no issue is taking pride to help me!!

Bad experience.The employees make you feel like you, the customer, owe them a favor by being there.They make you wait and only attend to you after some time.The manager of the place needs to get their employees in check and up-to-date with customers communication and satisfaction.Not impressed at all !

Noisy, very noisy store, alarms going off regularly and no one giving a hoot! Reasonably helpful folks (if not out for lunch) but not much competence behind their numerous counters. In fact the place seems kind of disorganised and out of their technical depth. 👎👎

When upgrading my phone I had a fantastic experience! I was helped by Elsie who was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We sorted everything out in 20 mins. The store also had a lot of stock so I was able to choose the phone I really wanted. Ask for Elsie!

Firstly i get to the store and no one acknowledges me even though there was an available consultant who wasnt busy with any customer but was on his phone.secondly a month prior to this visit i went there with the intention of doing a sim swap but was told that due to it being a contract number held under my dads number i would have to present a letter stating that he gives me permission to do so. So when i arrive there today with a signed letter stating i have permission from my father to do a sim swap everything has now completely changed and they are not willing to help.How is it possible that there is such a lack of communication between different staff members and clearly it is not policy as i then went to the lemon tree branch and i was helped instantly without a question or a doubt as they accepted my letter from my dad.So in future i do not recommend this branch to anyone

We went to buy a battery. They two prices stuck on it. One higher than the other. The cashier took the higher price. When challenged on that they said thats the price.No if u have 2 prices you take the lowest one. In fact u shouldnt even have 2 prices in the first place. Bad merchandising.What really pissed me off is they just ignored us walked away. The product still on my hand and was completely ignoredGreat way to handle a customer dispute

Staff members are rude, spoke to me like I was doing them a favour. I was told that in 48hours I would receive a call about my upgrade and it’s been a week long and I still haven’t heard a thing.

Office hours from 09h00 you call this number all day everyday they dont answer. very poor service took my phone for repair promised 5 - 10 days now going for 5 weeks still no phone ask who the owner is they dont know!!! how does one not know who your boss is

Landlines does not work staff cannot (refuse) to call you regarding your cell that they have that they are repairing - short of a mess.
