After upgrading my vodacom contract in December 2018 i only had my new Huawei p20 light for about 2 months in total. I have been to the vodashop at mountainmill numerous times. The phone was sent in for repairs but up till now it has not been repaired or replaced. I was forced to open another contract to get a phone to use. The manager aswell as the technician that worked on the phone informed me that the phone will be replaced.... that promise was made 14 days ago and still no phone. BAD BAD BAD!!!

You wait forever for them to respond and the service is the worse. The staff and employees dont care about the customers and the management doesnt realise it.

They made a mistake on my contract and now Im suffering from the consequences they refuse to fix.Dont expect they will call back when they say they will just keep annoying them until they get something done.
