Rude employees I was there to pay my access fee for my smart phone they just tell me lies after lies they even hide their management you must report them to their CEO Aziz at a head office in Midrand 👎👎👎

Technicians here are absolutely useless.Very unfriendly. would not recommend coming here for assistance.

So far so good, will review my rating if need be as soon as I have recieved my Samsung S7 tab.

Absolutely terrible service!The staff is also so off putting and going there is honestly like standing in front of a manikin and expecting it to dance.

There could definitely be more staff helping when they see that there are a few more customers in the the store.

Good service. Thabiso deserves and the young lady whose name I didnt get. Shes quick at directing customers where to go.

My phone been in by this store for 2 weeks an no one has even start repairing my phone yet, the insurance company said that there way an error on the stores side and the lady who accepted my phone made and error on the system which is holding everything up. the store is not willing to sort out the problem to repair the phone nor even call me back or assist me. they expect me to go with out a phone and just accept this bad service.

Poor service and management they promised to call me as soon as they get quotes from the technicians after one week, I ended up calling them only to find out that my phone has been given quotation long time ago but they failed to call me. Im very disappointed.

Seems like no one works here. i call and call and i keep going to a voice mail box.Why you refusing to take my call and refusing to assit me with my phone repair as my phone has been by you for 2 weeks now.

Phone lines doesnt work.. When u call them they answer but cant hear you and also dont follow up on the number as why we are calling so much.

They need to add voice note if their phones are engaged. I had to stop everything and physically go to the shop because neither email no phone is working.
