I even lost count in terms of how many times Ive called your Alberton store to no answer.Because a week ago I applied for a contract with you guys and I was told that I will get the credit report within 3 working days but now its already the 8thday and theres still nothing. Please remove your contact from internet coz you dont pick up your phone Ive been trying to call you people from the morning until now and is not the first time cant always drive to alberton with a problem that can be solve over the phone

It is sad that staff do not know their products.Had to guide a friendly staff member through their own services using my cell phone.It was not difficult, I wanted a new landline phone and had to convince a staff member that Telkom do offer landline/copper services and phones.
I think Telkom in general is frustrating. At this shop you deal with rotating contract workers. Some know how to help. Others cant help. Sorry Telkom you have yet to prove to me that your staff are competent. If they cant help they happily give you a landline to phone for service. A seat to sit on while you wait 10 minutes for an operator. Now why cant the person sitting behind the desk at Telkom do what the operator tries to do. Makes no sense to me.

My wife and I received a ticket and happily took a seat wait to be helped. When one of the cashiers call us over asking if he could help. Firstly I gave him my ticket number and ask him if I was next, to which he said its fine.. Only to have my have my wife shoved aside by another man shout at us, as hes was here before us. The gentleman who was helping us did nothing about the situation. Leave the other gentlemen to continue to verbally attack My wife and I. What Is the use of a ticket system if the staff dont follow it and then for them to just sit back and watch as a problem they have now cause unfolds in front of them. To the point where I just walked out completely dissatisfied and now extremely upset..

Service are very bad. You have to wait in a very long queue before being assisted only to be told that they cant help you with their own products. I really wish there was an alternative Company totally independent from Telkom. If I had the choice I will never use them again. Too bad the ratings start at 1. I would have liked it to give them -5.

Very understaffed. The fact that some of the staff had to run from place to place to help customers is pathetic; however the staff that were there were very helpful and so I am grateful for them!

I was very disappointed with treatment from the desk woman first I had to wait 30 minutes the I was told she dont understand what I want and when I wrote down my request on a piece of paper she was very rude and arrogant with me. It shows that she doesnt want to help me.
