Oh dear Oh dear. Went into Cell C in Alberton City for my upgrade that had selected for my new phone and package from their web site. However, I was told that the phone was no longer available despite it being on posters inside the shop and suggested a more expensive phone. I decided wait and look at other packages. I took the chance to try another Cell C outlet in Alberton who advised when I called that the phone and package was still available. Two days later I visited the shop only to be told that the deal had finished the previous day. Not what I would call good customer service. Looks like I will be switching another contract to Vodacom.
