The service is great. food quality is good most of the time. The portions are excellent. I like the atmosphere and there is enough parking..they quick in fulfilling orders.

Normally so good but the last experience wasnt. Food order was wrong and it was dry, only realized when we had gotten home.

Make good food but their salad is poor. 80% large lettuce, 5 large tomato slices and few chicken. Not a nice salad to eat. Rest of the food is good.

Definitely the best mochachos i have been too in surrounding areas. Ordered the strips dynamite with chips. It was done nicely especially for this winters evening. The strips portion size was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I dont know if its just me, but I always get the worst service. I moved to the area two years ago and since then theyve dissapointed me, service after service. Me and my family have always been fans of Mochachos shawarmas, but this Mochachos has made us not to like Mochachos at all. Their shawarma is either very cold or not seasoned at all.

Good day i must say today i am very disappointed with my burger i order a dubble chicken burger no garnish and what did you gave me a burger with garnish and almost no mild souce and all i taste is garnish i dont eat and food whas dry.

MOCHACHOS never disappoints regardless of what u have. This time around did the T-bone and pleasantly enjoyed it as well as the managers special steak roll. Worth a visit here to anyone looking for a decent healthy alternative to the norm.

Really adore mochachos and their food, amazing service as well.

Ordered a family meal from them. It was Friday and lunch time so the wait was about 20 minutes. Also with social distancing, there was a line outside. Meal was freshly prepared. Chicken was cooked to perfection. Not too dry like some other branches. Rolls were fresh. Chips were amazing as always. Coleslaw was good. I enjoyed my meal from this branch and would visit again. Highly recommend. They are also available on the Mr D App but because I fall out of the delivery radius, they are not available to me.

I rate this place 0 stars. The chips had no spice the chicken was dry .....its sad because mochachos iam use to is my fav place.....this one must vang some tips from the one in fordsburg......ill never go here again i wont even look in that direction when i drive past it ...

Food was great! The team just need to work on toilets. Hand sanitizer and soap did not work. Maybe consider wetwipes?

Waited way too long for take away food. Bad experience. The wait is not worth it.Requested for sandwich to be put in box, which they did not. Sandwich was not toasted well. (See picture of the sandwich when I opened the packaging)

I went to order (and stuck to burgers- Mochachos virgin..) and was helped with a friendly smile. A little time waiting outside as they are adhering to the social distancing requirements. I received my order in quick time, all fresh and warm, and they continued serving delivery-driver pickups.Note - Mochachos chips are veeery tasty!

Youll never be disappointed with the food

I ordered 2 chicken and mayo and medium chips. The chips were extremely hard and stale and the sandwich was average compared to other mochachos.Waiting time i was told 15mins but actually I waited 35 mins for poor quality food.Please up your game.

My husband ordered a gourmet chicken burger meal. The burger roll was so stale, it was breaking into pieces and the chips were old. Very disappointing as the food is usually really good.

Best Mochachos Ive had in a while, the chips are spiced correctly and crispy to perfection. A special shout out to the lady, Asnath for being super friendly towards us, you made our visit a very pleasant one. Great customer service and will definitely visit again. Keep up the great work guys!

Fantastic service! The staff were friendly, facilities are clean and the food was fresh and delicious. This will be my Mochachos of choice even though there is a Mochachos closer to home. The extra 10 minute drive is definitely worth the effort.

A nice place, clean and fast service. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu as it has been a number of years since I last tried a mochachos. The place is small with only 6 - 8 tables, so its more a takeaway type joint. The food I ordered was tasty and prepared fresh on my order, and wasnt too expensive. I would go back to try other options

It’s always tricky eating out as a vegetarian but I had the veg pita and it was fantastic! The ingredients were fresh and my pita tasted great! Will definitely be going back!

My family and I had a full chicken meal which was extremely tasty, the chips were perfect-crispy warm and tasty. We waited about 20 minutes but i do understand that the store was busy and that fresh food takes time to make. The service was very friendly and my family and I will be back for sure.

Good value for money. The chicken shawarma special is a huge meal and very reasonable price wise. Very friendly staff. Take away took a while but assume its freshly prepared.

1 hr wait for 2 burgers and 2 enchiladas on a weeknight. No organization whatsoever, no feedback from the manager as he is hiding in the kitchen and clearly the staff are not trained and cannot answer simple questions or pack the orders coming out of the kitchen correctly. Lemon and herb enchiladas were spicy and everything was overly salted and way too much mayonnaise on the burgers. And our sour cream was curdled and tasted horrible. This place is a joke, will never go back! A newly built fast food chain who cannot supply food fast!

Ordered the Nachos and it was great. Service at this store still needs a bit experience since the place is new. Flies was a bit overwhelming, probably because of the valley nearby. Location is a bit bad though.

Pretty damn good service staff and a reasonable waiting time on the food. After a few trips with different orders youre looking at about a 7- 12 minute waiting time. Everyone is friendly and the place just feels homey 4/5 would definitely eat here again

The worst Mochachos EVER! No spice on my chips. chicken was undercooked. Phone does not work so you cant complain. if you Like/want some good Mochachos try the one in northcliff because this one is rubbish.

Delicious Mexican chicken burgers. Generous portions, nice ambience with views overlooking the West Rand. Really nice place for an evening meal in summer especially (note no alcohol, but good for soft drink sundowners nevertheless)

Ordered full chicken half mild and the other lemon and herb,could not tell the difference as the chicken was burned and too spicy but without salt. All tasted the same. For a new branch it was totally disappointing.

Food is fresh but the ratios of chicken is completely out compared to mayo and veg. The quesadillas only has 2 chicken strips per quarter and a ton of mayo. Other mochacos outlets are much more generous with the chicken filling and it is shredded and not cut into strips.

The best food and service

I am not very impressed with this branch. Ive ordered a few times and at first, I thought they were just having teething problems as they had just opened, but nothing has improved.The food is just dry! My favourite menu item at Mochachos is the chicken schwarma. But this branch has made me hate it. Rock Cottage has really spoilt me because they get it right all the time. At this branch, its dry and the one time I complained about it being dry, they made it too soggy!!! They just seem to get it right.Ive also ordered a quarter chicken at that too was dry. When I told the lady at the till she said I should have asked and paid for extra sauce???????? What? Ive NEVER had dry chicken at Rock Cottage.The wings are also bad at this branch. Its really disappointing because its so close to home. I had Mochachos from Rock Cottage yesterday and it was absolutely delicious! Its true that not all Mochachos are made the same and this one is really not cutting it!!!!Oh, Ive had their chips - the chips are really good.

Never in my life have I had such a disappointing food order.My nachos were a quarter of the size than the ones served by the rock cottage branch. Had about 10 chips and 4 pieces of chicken strips which were dry and tasteless. Nachos had very little cheese.My sons bambino meal came with no juice as ordered and the sad excuse of a toy left him in tears as it didnt even work.What a joke will never see me again!

Its still new and has a long way to go. The centre itself is not equipped for the amount of people coming there. Fridays is a nightmare of waiting time. But the food is great.

Food was disappointing and adult portion was smaller than the kiddies portion. Ordering extra sauce gives you 2 half portioned sauces and lacks flavor. This branch tries to cut costs as much as possible for the price. If you want good flavor and adult portion food just save yourself the trouble and disappointment and go to Rock Cottage branch.

Still discovering the menu bu trying a different meal once a week. Only the chicken burger has been worthwhile...

Allways a winner in my books. Nice food and awesome service.
